Wickes - Nottingham Central Avaliações

Ryan was polite and thoughtful, he listened to my ideas gave professional opinions and new ideas

Thank you to Clare and everyone at Wickes for helping the Jan Parnham Trust to get nearer to achieving our goal of a kitchen to be proud of and to benefit local people.
You were polite and efficient and friendly and we are very grateful.

Despite ongoing building works in the store, Ryan Matts was so helpful with the kitchen design. He was kind and patient with my elderly mum, allowing sufficient time to make her selections. Ryan then attending our home to check measurements before promptly placing the order. Excellent service was down to the individual staff member.

Another visit to my local store which stocked everything I needed at a reasonable price and with the usual friendly service. Looking forward to when the refit is complete and even more products will be available.

Only at the design stage for my new shower room, taking out the old bath and complete refit. The consultant, Ryan Matts, has been very helpful, appreciating my circumstances. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
After delays found out the fitting wouldn't take place until January. Cancelled order.

Leo Rose was fabulous, really helpful, knowledgeable and made the process super easy.

Quite apart from the products themselves, the staff here couldn't be more helpful if I were George Wimpey himself ordering materials for a whole new estate! I speak from years of using this depot. Good parking too.

Went it to chat about my damaged kitchen unit that I purchased at this store and they happily and quickly sorted it but giving me a replacement with no charge, massive thank you to the store manager richard who is a massive asset to this store who got this sorted, definitely recommend this store.

I frequently visit this store for materials. And always the staff are brilliant. Friendly, helpful and always ready to sort any problems.

I went to Wickes, and at first I spent some times looking around and reading product labels. Then, my knight suddenly appeared and offered professional help to sort out my order. Bryn is truly a great asset to Wickes. He provided tremendous support to someone like me who didn’t have a clue.
Big thanks and kudos to Bryn!

Attentive and knowledgeable store employee. Extremely helpful and made sure we were completely happy with the arrangements of our purchase and delivery. Thank you Tracey

Used the store today (5 june) and received great customer services from several employees who went above and beyond to provide assistance. Thanks.

I've just had the best experience in the last 15 years of trading at Wickes. I was assisted buying a fitted kitchen and needed to go through every detail which took over an hour. The manager was super helpful! Honestly 5 star service. 🙏🏼

Great customer service from Kristian. Highly recommend this store. Thank you.

The Wickes employees were very helpful and met all our needs. We managed to get all the items we wanted.

Tracey showed good knowledge and understanding of questions asked, Wickes Nottingham

Nottingham Central Branch always tidy and well organised. Special mention for Robbie who was really helpful when we came in today.

Garry at Wickes central Nottingham is an absolute top man. With an internet order having gone Pete Tongue he took it on himself to sort the problem and communicate clearly and quickly. Should be in government.

We recently had a new kitchen fitted through Wickes. Everything from design, quote, to installation ran like clockwork. I can’t fault the team for the work completed. We’re really happy with our new kitchen and would recommend the team at Nottingham Central, Leo the designer & Craig the fitter worked to ensure we were happy with the finished product, the cost was reasonable and I was would definitely use again for any other improvements on our home.
