Wickes were very kind and helped out with support for a community project.

I have been visiting the store for many years and they have always been helpful and friendly. Their support for our community confirms the fact that they really care about their customers.

We contacted our local Wickes store with an application for the Community Programme fund. Lucy at Wickes Sevenoaks was a real help with our application and further supported us with store donations beneficial to Seal School Community Farm.

I cannot thank Wickes enough for the generous donations of tools and materials to our cause, and thank you to Bob (Herne Bay) for managing a Volunteering Community Day on site with many store colleagues from the region.

Together we have made a real difference to our facilities, making improvements for the children and families who use the farm. Thank you for supporting us.

We recently purchased a bathroom suite from Wickes Sevenoaks store. Alfie Alan Saunders was our design consultant point of contact and who provided an excellent service and very patient at all times as we worked our way through the design and purchase. Thank you Alfie

A very, very rude manager refused to give me 5 £1 coins instead of a note. She ignored me and told the girl on the till that they didn't do money exchange!!!
I had just paid with a £20 note. She flounced off saying "leave it like that"
This was at 17.32 on 2/10/26 in case you want to check who the nasty manager was.
I have the receipt as proof of you want to see it.

Wickes came up trumps again and helped our primary school PTA charity by generously donating two gazebos for our annual fundraising fireworks event. Thank you so much!

Wickes were great, we held a fundraiser for a local young girl, Leni. Leni has sanfilippo syndrome (childhood dementia) and the fundraiser was to raise funds for life saving treatment. Wickes Sevenoaks donated materials to allow us to build some planters that were auctioned at the fundraiser. I would like to thank everyone at wickes who organised this and especially the guys at the Sevenoaks store who made collecting the materials so easy. Your generosity won’t be forgotten. The fund raiser managed to raise nearly £8000. Many thanks.

I was served by Monty who was very helpful, professional and very pleasant during his search for our item. It really made a difference to my shopping experience to be served by such a joyful person. A real asset to any company

I met a lovely lady called Linn, who although didn’t work on the kitchen team. Answered or attempted to answer all my questions. She is a credit to the wicks team!

Callum who works at customer service is very efficient and has always helped my query with zero hassles . A pleasure going into Wickes when that lad is on duty because he means business .

A big thank you to Lucy and the Wickes Community Programme who have supported the charity The Friends of GSG. The process was easy, simply completing a form and then Lucy reached out to arrange pick up of the items we needed. Such a great initiative and we are very grateful. Highly recommend.

Wickes have a service which supports local charities. They have always donated much needed items to our schools PTA which has been so helpful when we have had events to raise much needed funds for our primary school.

Rose was excellent at planning and ordering our new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even though we called her frequently about small details.

When we returned excess tiles we did not need, the manager was quick to refund the cost of the tiles.

Great service from designer Alfie Saunders for our new bathroom. From site visit to discussion of options for design we were looked after and helped to make final choices. Look forward to the installation.

And 10 sheets of polycarbonate.
Only had 4 sheets of polycarbonate left and 1 sheet of roofing in green
Complete waste of time

Rose has made the whole experience pain free. At sight visit her ability to visualise & guide me in my decisions was invaluable. Nothing was too much of a problem, she listened and tweaked the design until I was happy. And price was inclusive of good discount. Awaiting fitter but so far very happy. One gripe, building needs a customer toilet!
