Absolute dreadful experience. After 4 months of being messed around we finally cancelled the whole bathroom order and installation. Sheffield Drakehouse store are incompetent in every aspect. To top it off there’s the bathroom installers that Wickes don’t even do proper vetting with so instead you get random people who are absolutely useless, and don’t even respond to you. If this was a proper company the staff would be sacked and the “bathroom installers” would be reported to whoever they get employed from. Waste of time and effort. This is only a snippet of our experience with Wickes. Poor communication and organisation! Before we cancelled everything we never received even ONE phone call from a Manager, or had a response to our complaint via their website, and we still haven’t to this day. AVOID THIS COMPANY - WE WISH WE HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE WASTING OUR TIME WITH THIS POOR COMPANY.

Always have a good experience at this store whilst renovating my house! Had a click and collect order and Jo sorted it out for me and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Insisted on giving me a partial refund for the items being ever so slightly less than perfect.

Great store and the staff are just brilliant!

Dealing with Hannah from start to finish was easy, she was very professional and polite and explained everything in fine detail. I cant wait to see our new kitchen now.

The customer service at this Wickes is excellent, young man called Rees was kind and helpful. I was given all the assistance I needed which meant I left the store with everything I needed. Wonderful management and the other staff were also very friendly. Great range of products and knowledgeable staff.

Found the staff very very helpful. The kitchen staff were very knowledgeable & happy to chat.

Went in the other day for some products. Staff were really helpful, spoke to a couple of staff who gave me advice of what I needed. Had the majority of items I was looking for and went away happy.

Came in last week with my husband, was having trouble with an order number but the lady on till was very helpful in helping us sort it out, thankyou to lauryn for saving the day

Went to my local wickes today, couldn't find the item I needed. A member of staff helped me out with no issues and very polite. Thankyou Lauren will be calling again.

Had a great experience when ordering a kitchen from Wickes. Hannah who dealt with us was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The kitchen we chose was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend .

I’m always shopping in Wickes up at Drakehouse but today I needed some extra help with a delivery. I spoke with a lady on the till called Tracy who helped me book a delivery for some fence panels. It was super quick and she was extremely helpful. Thanks Tracy!

Me and my wife bought a kitchen from Hannah, who works out of the Crystal peaks store.
It was a very pleasant experience, no fuss at all. She answered all of our questions and made it seem easy.

Would recommend to anyone looking at buying a kitchen!

Young till girl is rude and has poor customer service.

We have recently had a kitchen designed and supplied by Wickes at Crystal Peaks Sheffield. We met several times with our designer Hannah and she was fantastic; she helped us select the perfect kitchen and was able to accommodate all of our needs.
Even when we had left over bits after the fit out Hannah was able to arrange collection and refunded these for us with no questions asked.

We arranged our bathroom design consultation in store at the Sheffield drakehouse store around 4 months ago, after a delay in getting a fitter assigned, a contractor turned up who was frankly a cowboy builder, after he made excuses to further delay the job, we then cancelled our order as we could get it done sooner with an alternative fitter.
The design consultant at the drakehouse store called us directly and offered to find a local installation company and she would oversea the project.
Given our initial good experience with her, we agreed to this.
The bathroom components were supposed to arrive on Thursday 26th,but on inspection we found half of the products missing.
We immediately called the store to be told that nobody could answer our questions, so we made an appointment to go in on the next day to discuss this.
We were verbally assured that the missing products would arrive early the next week, ready for the installers who were starting on Monday 30th September.
Both the installers and the store were aware of the time sensitivity of the project, as relatives are flying in from over seas to visit on the 9th, and we were given assurances that the work would be completed by that date.
However despite raising the missing items straight away, we have now been told that the shower panels will arrive on Thursday, one week after they were supposed to, and the worktops and cabinets will not arrive until Saturday 5th, 9 days late.
Neither the store or the customer services team can do anything about this, despite the missing parts being in stock two hours away.
The store manager can not give any satisfactory answers and just says he’s sorry, but that isn’t going to get my bathroom fitted on time, or to a satisfactory standard.
I feel like I’ve been fobbed off with excuses.
There is a discrepancy with the amount of shower panels ordered that means we may have to compromise on the original design, if the panels had arrived on Thursday as agreed this would not be the case.
I now have zero confidence or trust in Wickes as a company, and wished I’d not agreed to the work after we initially cancelled.
The customer service team for installations are difficult to get through too, and frankly useless!
I would not recommended Wickes as a bathroom installer due to their incompetence and appalling customer service on a national level.

Update… the usual copy paste reply added to the review from Wickes, is Dylan a real person?
Anyway they have our order number and contact details but nobody has been in touch to resolve the issues or even offer an explanation.
