Jasmine Geor who was our consultant was amazing, always happy to help with any questions and we received an excellent service.

We had a bathroom fitted by the Wickes team at Stirling. Louise, the designer, offered brilliant advice about how to make the best use of the awkward space. The delivery of the new bathroom coordinated perfectly with the installation. The installation was efficient and the guys were friendly and professional. The cost of the bathroom was a lot less than I expected and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you!

the kitchen was perfect they couldnt do enough to help me the designer was very helpful. when the kitchen was being fitted had a few issues contacted customer care everytime i contacted them i spoke to a different person each time they were very unhelpful after a few weeks i ended up sorting the issues myself.

Been waiting on a refund now for over 2 weeks. Communication with them is shocking, if they reply to an email it's 2 or 3 days after Iv sent it. Still no further forward. Will not be using them again

The staff member, Steven, was very friendly and helpful. He helped me outside with my order and when it wouldn't fit in my van took it back inside to rearrange for it to be delivered, made what could have been a stressful experience much less stressful!

We recently had a big order to pick up and drive north. It included two large and heavy sheets of ply which we had to safely attach to our roof bars, which took ages and was stressful. I asked for help when we couldn't get a ratchet tape to work: Jack sorted it calmly and with good grace. Also, Colin who'd given us the order was very friendly and encouraging throughout. A week later when I went back with two items we hadn't needed, these were refunded with no bother and, again, service couldn't have been friendlier. It makes so much difference! I would like to thank your Stirling store team the young man I dealt with (Steven I think) was so helpful and very patient with me, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant the store has a good range of items and a competitive pricing now if only all stores had staff like him

I parked in Wickes Stirling carpark and was there for less than 2 hours looking at kitchens and bathrooms and purchasing some 'nomoreply boards. Subsequently I've received a parking charge notice for £100 from them stating that I was in their carpark too long. I don't recall seeing any notice in their carpark. There was a signpost that had been knocked over and was lying facedown but obviously I don't know what was on it. Absolutely shocking way to treat paying customers. Also, carpark was virtually empty.

Excellent service and very polite

Two years ago we had the experience of a very Bad installation of both bathrooms. A customer service second to none, in terms of being so inexplicably useless and none existent. Ignored phone calls and lied to every time, by managers and customer service personnel. Lack of engagement and poor customer contacts. I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again.

Louise was extremely helpful during our design consultation process and we a very happy with how our kitchen turned out.

The guy behind the till tried to charge me for juice I brought into the shop that they don't even sell.

I am speaking here on behalf of my 83 year old mother who purchased a £20,000 kitchen from this company of shysters. While under warranty my mothers kitchen needed some warranty work done, warranty work that is this companies legal responsibility. This warranty issue was started in Jan-Febuary this year 2024. At present we have been sent schematics of the workings of the door that requires attention and told to get on with it.

This level of service is utterly appalling and I am seriously considering going directly to their CEO or possibly the press to hold them to their warranty obligations.

If you are considering buying from this company I would consider the above very carefully.

Tried to book a bathroom design appointment at the Stirling branch through the website. Put in my requested date and time. Get a text message from Louise saying my appointment is no longer available and if I wish to make another, get back in touch. I felt this was pretty shoddy service to be honest, it came across like she didn’t want my business and wasn’t interested in offering me another time or date. Massive red flag right, so I’ll be avoiding Wickes, and by the looks of these reviews, I’ve made the right decision.

I was looking to replace my kitchen and louise at wickes Stirling was first class. Helped me with amazing design and price was much better than BQ and howdens. Units come with solid back panels not flimsy as other supplier. Looking for new bathroom soon so I know where to go

I received a bathroom suite and tiles from wickes Stirling and had great service start to finish. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was smooth and on time, couldn’t fault.

Came back for additional items and staff were very helpful.
