I just want to say a huge thank you to Andreas. I couldn’t recommend enough, after being pointed in he’s direction I can certainly confirm he is someone who has an eye for detail and impeccable design, no job was too big especially with our ideas/plans. Years of knowledge and with a few hours our whole experience of designing our dream kitchen has been effortless. Plenty tips along the way and most of all the honesty, I felt it was our choices and no forced actions.
I was slightly apprehensive about going along to the appointment, not for any other reason than a bad experience prior but we have left feeling beyond excited.

I have bought 3 kitchens recently from Wickes and Andreas has designed them all. He is a brilliant designer and is also very friendly and patient and made the whole process very enjoyable. He has lots of good ideas and suggestions to ensure that we got the best kitchens we possibly could. The kitchens were all totally different - rental property/office / luxury for family home and Andreas was able to understand our vision and ensure we got the best possible kitchens for the best value. I wouldn’t go to a different kitchen designer / supplier now as also wickes has extensive choice and great quality products as well as a first class designer with Andreas

Really supportive team to complete our project. Staff in store gave great advice helping to turn our vision into a reality. The contractors who they commissioned to complete the project were efficient, helpful and got the job done.

Visited the Wallsend shop to look at replacing kitchen doors on existing kitchen. Whilst me and my partner looked on showrooms we were met by a young gentleman (Jordan). He explained the Wickes doors wouldn’t fit my existing cupboards and instead began to show me a new navy blue kitchen that had just been installed. Within ten minutes he had priced up how much it would cost me and explained benefits etc. it was over my budget of £1000 but I will be back to see Jordan later this year once we’ve saved up enough to buy it. All round great customer service!

We’ve recently had a bathroom refitted by Wickes. The instore service has been faultless from the design process working with Andreas to create our ideal bathroom to choosing tiles etc. We’ve had support from a number of staff who’ve been nothing but helpful. The bathroom is beyond what we imagined - in fact a friend described it as like a luxury hotel bathroom! I’d definitely recommend using this store for design work for bathrooms. Next stop, the kitchen… after a bit of saving!

I was recently at you North Shields store shopping for Gardening tools, Having chosen two items I met Nicola at the till who informed me that you had a pack on offer which would save me money, She then searched the warehouse until she found one which allowed me to purchase another item as they were being donated to a Ukrainian family. This is brilliant Customer service
She above and beyond I will sing her praises and Wickes to everyone I know we bought a Kitchen Two year ago and Sam was brilliant also.

Andreas helped us redesign our bathroom and order all of the correct items. He was very helpful.
Wickes had organised a great team of lads called MDS Plumbing to come and do the installation. The lads were very professional and communicative. We were so impressed with the finishing touches and quality workmanship that we've asked them back to do other plumbing works in my property.
After the works were completed Wickes were very helpful in taking back and refunding any excess tiles that were ordered and ensured we were happy with their service.

Awful awful service. Placed order in April 2024, promised a so call "project manager" never to be seen or heard. Fitting date 23rd September 24, it is now nearly March 25 and no cooker merely a makeshift temporary hob plugged in on an extension lead 3 pin plug in the space where our double range cooker was planned. On the day of fitting we had no kitchen and after a day off work visiting the store as phone calls were ignored was informed our "project manager" had gone on long term sick and our kitchen had not been ordered. The doors are mis-aligned starting to warp and it was NOT the basic value range kitchen. Lots of other issues and 4 emails later starting from November to now and NOT a single response. Our kitchen designer avoids phone calls too. We have finally sent an email saying we are cancelling and want the kitchen fully removed so we can start afresh with a professional company!

The company they brought in for the fitting were really professional and the finish is great.
All of the parts and units provided are holding up nicely and look good.

I got my kitchen through Wickes while renovating a house. From my first appointment with Andreas Hooper to the finish it was so simple and easy. Andreas really listened to me and had so many more ideas that I didn’t think about he advised myself on a lot. Before my first appointment with him I had quite a few appointments with other numerous kitchen companies and I always walked away feeling stressed, confused and overwhelmed whereas with Andreas I felt positive and I had confidence in him. He is an amazing designer and Wickes should be proud to have him.
The whole process from start to finish has been so easy and stress free. The installers were absolutely amazing too and honestly both Andreas and the installers have nailed it perfectly and the amount of compliments I get on the kitchen is more of a bonus!

Bought a kitchen for £20k from Wickes. Never properly installed, signed off with agreed snag list and still no resolution after 12months. The quality is OK if you are happy with light coming through joints. They can’t even install an extractor correctly. We have been ignored for a long time now. Not professional. If you want a kitchen, please go elsewhere.

Andres was my kitchen designer he was super helpful and reassuring about the all process and he was always there for any questions on the project.
I also had to go into the store to order my flooring and the staff was more than helpful as they didn’t have the stock on the shelves what I needed so they checked to see what was available and they had just a delivery & they took my trolley away and got the rest of the stock I needed. More than helpful.

Stay Away From Wickes Kitchens !
Lies, Illegal installations, Charged from Items not used, No customers service and just to start with! The week of installation the worktops had been cancelled by Wickes for no reason which then delayed the completion of the kitchen by 4 weeks, then they were going to leave me with no water until i pushed them into doing a temp solution. Hob was fitted illegally as they put it on a 3 pin plug (5Kw hob!), oven went off two weeks after they claimed to have completed the kitchen only to find they had used cheap crimping connectors to extend the cable which they didn't really need to do?. 2 weeks later the under units lighting fell off, and now two of the doors are staring to catch against each other. So what does Wickes offer a £125 and a £50 store voucher what a complete joke, now they dont reply to my emails so now looking to take legal action

I recently had cause to return one of my power tools that had stopped working after 4 months to the middle engine lane store a girl by the name of terri sorted it out straight away with no problems i would like to send a commendation to the staff member in question this people is what customer service is all about.

Spent 10k on a kitchen, the product is fine but the customer serice and branch we used is horrendous, still waitng on a part we ordered weeks ago and had to cancel he kitchen fitter 3 times now. Once we have all the remaining parts we will never use wickes for anything again.
