Was served at woking by a very nice guy name of Brian got me exactly what I was looking for very polite and the young lady who was with him credit to wickes.

I used the Woking branch and dealt with Ken Scudder. From the initial consultation to the design, fitting and finish, Ken gave first customer service with the personal touch. He is truly an asset to Wickes. Ed Heatley was the kitchen fitter and he and his team were amazing. They went the extra mile and looked after me and respected my home. I couldn’t have wished for a better process of having a new kitchen. Even the aftercare has been excellent - thank you Wickes and your first team!

I was helped out by Brian who found what I was looking for very quickly.

Top marks for Jemma at Wickes Woking! Super customer service when I required 4 sacks of 10mm Gravel and there were none left on display. Despite their outside store stock being blocked by a delivery that morning she arranged for a colleague to get the 4 sacks I needed rather than wait until they could restock. Thank you Jemma - you were a star.

The input of the consultant bathroom designer for Wickes, Shruti Tripathi, made our experience very much more pleasant than it might have been. Mainly by her very friendly, helpful, patient assistance. She made the problems manageable
and put in extra effort on our behalf. I would definitely recommend her.

Great and knowledgeable advice from Ken, and his design was spot on - really felt like he had listened to what we needed/wanted. Managed to accommodate everything - and even put in things we didn't know we wanted! Quick turnaround, tradesmen were excellent - Oakley Home Improvements. Work done to a great standard, quickly and it was a totally stress free experience - cannot recommend enough!

We used Wickes Woking store for the design supply and fitting of a replacement ensuite shower room and downstairs cloakroom.
Overall we were very happy with the quality of work and impressed by their relatively immediate availability and speed of completion in two man weeks.
The fitters were competent, very polite and proactive to rectifying unforeseen problems and doing a few extras along the way.
Our experienced designer Lisa took care of most of our questions and was very resourceful in quickly procuring more specialist tiles which ran out towards the end of the job.
We would recommend them to anyone who wants to be hands off and needs customised guidance on what are their most suitable options without having to manage all the different aspects of such a project themselves.

Had loaded up my trolley with fencing products required for a job that day, unfortunately the Woking branch didn’t have the 1’ trellis I needed so l spoke to Brian one of the employees who checked the stock and even went to the warehouse to double-check in case.
He then checked the Guildford branch for me, they did have the amount I needed!
Brian then kindly took my loaded up trolley full of all the other items I needed and placed them in the warehouse for me until I returned about 30 minutes later.
On my return, as soon as he saw me he stopped what he was doing and went and retrieved the loaded trolley so I was in and out the store asap and off to the job!. Top man👍🏻
