Absolutely amazing. As a female I walked into the Wickes store in Wolverhampton knowing what I wanted but unsure if the size and purpose would be right. Trish was amazing, she measured the item for me, compared it to what I wanted it for and reassured me it would fit. I ordered my item confident that I had picked the right item. Thank you for your help Trish. The shed was delivered on time and looks great.

I placed an order online, I’ve done this quite a few times and never usually have a problem, on this occasion the website kicked me out when I was paying and reset. Luckily I was logged in and it saved my basket but for some reason it put 2 items as click and collect and took them off my delivery. I paid unknowingly at this point but when I had the notification I was informed part was click and collect. Easy fix I thought, call the customer services just get them to add it to the order, oh no, this is impossible I was told. I have to say I feel quite let down and I’m now expected to go and collect the remaining 2 items. This is exactly the type of thing that lets companies down, hiding behind technology. Not great Wickes!

Wolverhampton Wickes, generally poor customer service. Lack of any engagement with customer, using personal phone when serving me at the till, practically threw the receipt at me. Just generally a poor environment.

DO NOT USE WICKES. New kitchen installed over the course of 1 week from scratch. Have discovered multiple leaks, have had visits from emergency plumbers as well as verbal abuse and intimidation in my own home from the installer who installed the new kitchen on top of old green 50 year old pipes. Over 12k wasted, cowboy builders and thieves. Good luck trying to get through to customer services on the phone!

Just an update: please ignore wickes response to my review! They have sent me no messages to help and any response on this Trustpilot is for the public eye. My home is still leaking weeks later and Wickes has told me they will only correspond though their awful customer services at the speed of one email a day as my home becomes more damaged.

Thursday 30th April I went into Telford store to find out part of what I want was available online only. So I arranged and paid for everything I needed and they confirmed it would be delivered on Wednesday 6th May.
I spoke to my customer postponing the work thst day explaining i couldnt collect the material but rearranged yo do job on Thursday 7th as Wickes had oromised delivery on 6th. On Tuesday 5th I received an email confirming the delivery would arrive on 6th via 2 couriers. Half the order arrived. I kept tracking the 2nd half of the order via a text message link and its still saying order being prepared for delivery.
I contacted Wickes,Telford and they weren't interested, despite the order being placed at their store, advising me to call customer services. Customer services had me on hold for a total of 37 minutes only to be told they had raised the issue with courier and expect a response within 48 hours, I responded asking them if they thought 48 hours was an acceptable response time.
Friday 8th morning I rang again, this time the call lasted 52 minutes and in the end I decided to tell them to cancel the part of the order that hadn't arrived. A further 9 minutes of silence on hold im told the order had been cancelled and I'd get a refund within 14 days.
I have since ordered from Screwfix and collected the materials on Saturday 9th.
I WILL NOT USE WICKES AGAIN!!

In a word, Lydia. We wanted to order a large number of sleepers which they didn't have in stock. Lydia found them in another store but the delivery options became more and more trouble with options being blocked. She navigated the problems well, found out why she was being blocked and found solutions. In this day and age it is rare to find someone who will go the extra mile for their customers, but that’s exactly what Lydia did. Wickes should feel proud to have Lydia working for them,

I recently used Wickes to organise a new kitchen refurbishment. Michael Clause came out to my property and went through plans for a new kitchen and was very helpful with ideas what I could do with the space in my kitchen. I then visited Wickes in wolverhampton where Michael showed me the range of products they have and together we designed my new kitchen. He then went through all the paperwork side and explained what would happen next. I found my experience with wickes to be very helpful .

I had arranged for my package to be delivered on a specific date. However, it has not yet arrived, and we are now two days past the scheduled delivery date for which I paid.
