This is my first order from the company and the customer service was excellent and supportive. The delivery time was great, the fact that it literally came in five days, other yhan some companies where you're waiting for two weeks or more.
I received my package in good condition and I was absolutely floored by trueness of the wig. I put it on and instantly felt like a goddess, just walked right on out of the house lol. I've had so many compliments already, I will most definetly order from Wigfever again.

I purchased a wig from Fiver Wig, and it was absolutely unwearable—nothing like the pictures advertised. The quality was terrible, and it was a complete waste of money. When I reached out for a refund, they only offered 25%, which is unacceptable for a product that is not fit for use.

A company that stands by its products should offer full refunds for defective items. Beware before purchasing from here—I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I expect a proper resolution and my full refund.

I ordered a wig as a birthday gift for my friend who lives in the US while I’m in the UK. It couldn’t be delivered early and they had to return it. When I reached out to Wigfever, they were really professional in their response, apologised, and said they sent emails. When I checked really, they had sent three emails but I didn’t get them because they went to spam. They asked if I would like for them to resend it which I agreed to and in less than a week, my friend received her wig and the icing on the cake was that she LOVED it. Thank you for your professionalism and I’ll definitely be getting more. It’s not just about good product but good customer service

I received my wig with a gift bag yesterday and its really exactly what I was expecting, "clueless" true to Advert and am going to order more and even recommend my friends.

I order wig on the 2nd March. I then chased up to find out when delivery will be. I was told that there was a delay due to colour of wig. I told them I'm going away on the 17th march so could I just exchange for another wig so it can get here on time I'm still waiting for a response, as they ignore my what's app. Even though I've paid for wig....very dissatisfied with service

Ordered a wig on February 23 and its March 6 still not wig! Did I get scammed! They keep saying they have to make the wig but shouldn't that be said before ordering! Idk! I'm disappointed! It takes days for a reply when you email them as well!

First time ordering for Wigfever love the hair and the gift bag will order more later. The hair was soft and silky. Doesnt choke me around the neck and I got 16 in. I normally only get a 10in but I step out got this and love it.

I ordered a wig a few days ago but I got no confirmation email or tracking or anything to say it’s even coming except the charge amount of the wig from my bank and I’m in and out of my house and can’t be here all the time so I need a set time and date so i know when to be at home to receive it
