I haven’t received any tracking information for my wig and I ordered it for my bday next week … I won’t lie I feel very nervous and uncomfortable because they charged my card fast but my order confirmation was delayed there is no way to contact besides email and they don’t respond fast . I hope I didn’t get scammed

The delivery was fast, I received the wig in days. The hairline is perfect and I can actually wear it glueless without it slipping off. The density is also great it was full. An overall great experience

I ordered my wig a few days ago, and I never received an order confirmation or a tracking number of some sort. This has me worried especially regarding the other reviews I’ve seen about delayed shipping. I really relied heavily on this wig since I have an event I want to go to next week Friday but it doesn’t seem like the wig will even come in time. Even though it says 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS EXPRESS SHIPPING. I also emailed the customer service and they gave a vague response and barely replied. I spent nearly 400 AUD on this wig so I’m disappointed about the customer service. Additionally, I went on their website and saw that the order I placed wasn’t even showing up.

Great quality, beautiful glueless lace and the hair smells good. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered my wig almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't even received a tracking number. shipping said 3-7 days and it's been way over that amount of time. Im getting scared because this was my first time ordering from this company. I finally got a tracking number today and when i clicked on it to track the package it says it got delivered a week ago to a totally different address than mines that i put in for the order. I really hope i didn't get scammed. I'll leave another comment if the wig arrives.

I really love the wig. It’s so straight, soft and pretty. The lace also has a really good quality and I’m literally in love with this wig. I have a big head so the cap is a tiny bit too small for me but everything else is perfect. The service is so kind and they made sure I got my package.😍

The hair was SO soft! The shipping was so fast and came within a respectable amount of time. I even reached out to the support team, to ask some questions about tracking and everyone was so sweet. The support team also got back with me in a reasonable amount of time!

Let me tell you guys. Order from Wig Fever. Customer service 10/10 Wigs 10/10. You don’t know what you’re missing out on. This is a real review and I’m telling you guys the hair is sooooo smooth and it fits just right. Honestly guys order from them

They advertise ready to ship from the USA wigs which is not true. Their warehouse is in China, after purchasing you will not recieve a confirmation. After there was no tracking after the 24 hr period I had to track them down on social media. The reply was the wig I ordered was out of stock and they could ship me a different length for a higher price. I declined and asked for a refund. I was gaslighted and was told my order was processing even though I repeatedly requested a refund. I'm now force to report them to the ftc and BBB for false advertising. I believe most of the reviews are not accurate.
