Ordered a 16” silky straight ready to wear glueless wig !! The quality is absolutely superb no shedding , high density , no smell, it was pre-plucked and bleached knots and Pre-Cut making it so easy to install. Just pop it on and you good to go. I also appreciated the adjustable band that had silicone grip on it. I also got gifted a bunch of hair goodies for free with my purchase which was really nice touch. My only regret is not buying from WigFever sooner !!! 100% satisfied with my purchase

I’ve ordered 3 times here waiting on my third wig now. The wigs themselves are good and the company isn’t a scam however their communications are absolutely awful. They have never answered my messages or emails and have never sent me any emails allowing me to track any of my orders. Which makes me so vulnerable for theft.

Wig arrived in time. Exactly as advised. Will buy again.

This was my miracle wig .. for my birthday weekend.. I worked a lot and don’t get time to get my hair done. My husband had dinner plans and didn’t had much options for my hair. Saw the ad and I ordered the wig.. ins was super impressive that I didn’t have much to do with the wig .. love the lace it blended with the sticking cap and fall very smoothe .. I had to touch out the ends with my flat iron but that’s about it .. I would recommend

I ordered a silky straight glueless 16 inch on Dec 4th… I am still waiting Dec 13th.
On their website it shows I have no orders at all.
The company sent me a email saying they have my order, after I had to email them.
When I signed into my account with them..still shows no order.. no processing.. no delivery.
I have not gotten any assurances and/or response to me wanting to CANCEL my $125 order.

I don’t know if it’s because the company is in China or what.
Which brings me to another point.
I thought the company was Black owned…since the all the people…“Influencers” are Black.

Very Bad customer service…VERY!
Don’t believe the hype by the “Influencers” the company uses.
The wigs/units they advertise…I’m still waiting to see if it’s REAL.. the same wigs/units.
My other suspicion..normal people call the WIGS…not UNITS.

I’m very disappointed and want my $125 back!

Ordered a wig from this company on Nov 17th. Received merchandise quickly delivered on Nov 22. The wig is nothing like the wigs I’ve seen advertised. This wig is of very poor quality and I would not recommend using this company. Reached out to them via email and no one has responded. Will be contacting my bank. DO NOT is my advice!!!

Hurray, my wig is finally here, the texture is very nice, the wig cap is very small and doesn't cover all hair, it also sheds. I will come back after 3 months
