Good afternoon, I am not happy with this company service, I sent 2 emails and try to chat with customer service agent, and nobody is online, I tried different time during the day and nobody is available to assist, my order was made last month and still pending.

I really enjoyed shopping on wig fever’s website. It was well organized and the quality of images showing the wigs stood out to me. I ordered a water wave glueless wig and it arrived in less than a week!! That is top notch shipping!!! Upon unboxing my new wig I received accessories free of cost added to make

If Zero star was possible I would give it. False advertisement and when you give an honest review on their site they don't publish it I ordered a 18inch length hair and they sent me a 12inch (putting stretched length 18 on the pack). What scam-planning is that. I order an 18 inch because that's what I wanted, I didn't order a stretched 18inch. Advertise as is. Sold a 12 inch wig for 18inch, paid for 250 density, got 180. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a straight to go wear wig from Wig Fever, and let me tell you it within 4 days i received my wig. Great communication and customer service. My wig is how it looks in the pictures and videos. Super soft, already plucked, and bleached. Very reliable wig I can’t even tell it’s a glueless wig and I received so many compliments thank you! Ordering from you guys from now on 😁

All these paid comments are crazy. I was lucky enough not to experience any scam company but all the paid comments convinced me to buy a wig from them and this was my first time feeling like im gonna be robbed with £200. Ordered the wig and it was extremely poor quality, there was like 2 strands of hair on the wig and the cap was extremely small. Hair also didnt look that fresh. I spent £30 shipping it back to them and I had to chase them up for a refund multiple times before they finally refunded me, i was surprised they even did. They kept on talking about swapping the wig or give me more discounts instead of a refund, like 6 times before they finally agreed for the refund, back and forth like in some kind of village market. Terrible experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. Very unprofessional, this cant be a legit company. Shame.

Before I purchase my orders, I saw some advertisement on Tik Tok for WigFever. It takes me two days to go through your website, and I love your hair products. I order highlight kinky curly pre-plunged wear go and three straight bundles with closure Remy human hair. The hairs are so nice I will recommend. Communication with the seller was 10/10. Will definitely order more hairs from WigFever.

On top of failing to ship the wig when they said they would, I spent almost $200 for a reddish brown straight hair wig and when I finally received it, it was terrible. I like to wash my wigs before washing them and it was a flyaway hairs galore. It sheds like a cat with gentle brushing. This wig is giving human hair mix. It doesn’t flat iron well either so this wig still looks a mess even after washing it. I am tired of trying to salvage it. It is going straight to the trash. 0/10 do not recommend.

Huge let down, everytime my wife uses her fingers to wash the wig it sheds a lot. I feel for the price I paid compared to other wigs, this one sheds the most to the point it will not even last 6 months

As a first time wig user with little knowledge on how to maintain, THIS WIG!!!! Is the best for beginners!!! I ordered it a couple days before new years and it came the day before when the expected arrival was the 3rd. Lace eats down, hair is smooth with little shedding (thats normal). Please go buy her!!!!
