Terrible experience
They’ve sent my package to somebody else’s house. They have then shown me a picture of my package in front of somebody else’s house and said ‘it’s delivered’. I feel like I’m now having to battle for a refund, I have sent them a picture of my front door, showing it’s a different house to the picture they have sent, but they want me to fill out forms and wait for 28 days. Honestly not worth it, never again. Hopefully I get my refund some day

Using Evri as your courier is very off putting. My purchase could not be tracked as the courier stated my postcode was incorrect and my item was returned to Wildflower, I am still waiting for my refund. The order was placed 27/6/26 and it’s now 12/7/26

This was the first time l had ordered and that process was fine.
Was not impressed with the delivery of my goods. The packaging was slightly damaged. However it was not until l opened it for my event that a number of the contents was damaged and not useable. I'm not sure whether l would order again.
