The coffee l ordered is absolutely…
The coffee l ordered is absolutely awful. There is no taste in it whatsoever. It is absolute rubbish. I am very disappointed. To make matters worse, l took it to my club for the guy who runs the bar to try it out as we have a proper coffee machine installed. Having tried Lichfield coffee prior to ordering you can imagine the disappointment l felt. I would like a refund of my outlay please, as far as I'm concerned the coffee is only fit for the bin.

The service was great but one of the coffee bags has split in transit. They removed it quickly though which was very helpful. The price was the best we could get for the quantity of coffee we wanted.
