They were the only firm I could find that were selling a bathroom tap top. At £6.99 delivered it was good value. Item was as described and arrived within 36 hours.

Website had incorrect details about an item (kitchen tap in the bathroom section and mis-titled). No response to email asking for support, tried phoning but after being 1 in the queue for too long, it tells you the user's mailbox is full and drops the call.

Fantastic company. The price of the shower couldn't be beaten and the quality is top-notch. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Highly recommended and will use again. Many thanks.

The sink pop up plug unit was very good the only problem was that they didn’t text me to let me know they had actually received the order I had to message them to confirm

Should'a read the 1 star reviews and taken note. Could'a gone else where even if costs were slightly more. Would'a had bathroom done if it wasn't for this company.
Ordered wall panels from Wilesden Bathrooms (Bathroom Republic) on the Monday 6th having taken off the following week to hopefully have them delivered and fitted, according to website "IN STOCK" then waited and waited, nothing, no comformation email no text no call just nothing. So phoned through Paypal phone number on the following Wednesday 15th and then recieved an email to let me know the panels were not in stock on the same Wednesday. Went onto they're website Wednesday evening and sure enough the panels were now stating "OUT OF STOCK". This is where it gets interesting as i had the website bookmarked and on the Thursday went to delete it though clicked on the site first to be greeted with low and behold the panels were "IN STOCK" ready for the next mug to purchase. Just some advise to buyers if purchasing from this company please pay through Paypal or Credit card where it'll be less problematic to claim a refund as i'm grateful i had.

Being able to telephone for queries would be more helpful, but need to contact by email. Also some I.T. Issues with offers on website but these were quickly addressed by email.

Bought a tap with 10 year guarantee but they refuse to help dismissing my concerns that its corroded and not fit for purpose and try to make out ive cleaned it worngly when i havent and then dont even bother to reply ,,,be very very wary about buying products from them as they will not help if soemthing goes wrong

Faulty product customer service awful I’ve now had to involve trading standards as now no reply’s from company to my emails regarding the part I need bought a kettle tap and the safety mechanism has broke grandson almost scolded himself but they never even said I hope he’s ok or how is he money now wasted by the looks of it
