I giving 1 star, ordered parcel on Wednesday with extra pay for next day delivery, now is week after, my parcel missing not any contact, customer phone line not exist Troyes many times, sent email 48h ago not any respond.

We used Willesden Bathrooms services in couple of occasions and had very good experience. Very professional service and prompt deliveries.

Product failed & flooded the customers bathroom floor, tried to get the problem resolved with customer services but they really couldn’t have cared less. Awful product & even worse customer service…avoid like the plague!!!

Good service, quick delivery and good prices on products I've purchased

I have a bathroom mirror that the backing is peeling off ( faulty under warranty ) and, after 2 months of e mails, asking for an update or my money back, all I get is, "Sorry for the delay, we are waiting for a response from our technical team" I have sent photos, as requested, showing the defects, which are getting worse, but still nothing. Take a look at how many 1 star reviews these jokers have, all about not honouring warranties or ignoring customers with genuine warranty issues. Maybe resolver or a small claims court will make them take notice. Grow a pair, do the right thing and refund my money, otherwise you are in clear breach of the contract I entered into with you, when I purchased your product. ( 10 year warranty )

Started out promising, good value on products ordered. Unfortunately 1/2 items had a defect. Emailed customer service with pictures and initially helpful. They agreed to an exchange and informed me I would be notified of an exchange date. This did not happen, meaning I missed the exchange. Tried countless times to call customer service to re arrange but there’s never any answer and unable to leave voicemails.
To summarise I would keep in mind that if there’s an issue with the order you may have trouble resolving as this is a web based company with no shop presence.

I needed to Contact customer services, they responded with the usual email asking for details of the problem, so they could assist. Turns out there was no problem, my plumber could not screw on a shower head, insisting it did not fit. The next day I tried and it fitted fine. So problem resolved. The Parts sent out by Willisden Bathrooms were all correct.

I purchased a shower with a 10 year warranty from Willesden Bathrooms. It developed a fault (dripping) - a new part was sent out. When this didn't address the issue, I made repeated contact (we traded 26 emails in total) requesting further assistance. Each time I was told they were looking into it. It was clear by the end they were hoping I'd give up, which I did - but not before leaving this review. Disappointing that they did not honour the advertised warranty. If I were you, I'd shop elsewhere.

I purchased Bath mixer taps which, although they are yet to be fitted, the taps look great. Delivery was quick.
