Great place but staff on till not very friendly
Whilst visiting yesterday I enjoyed a nice coffee in the tea room, and spent some time looking at the great variety of plants. Finding they sold fish was just a bonus. After selecting some plants to purchase I took them to the till and asked about the deal that was advertised as it wasn’t that clear whether it applied to a set range of plants and prices or not.
Unfortunately the lady on the till was very curt in her answer, giving the impression that I was at fault for not understanding the offer. As a result I completed my purchase and left the store. Which is a shame as I would have brought more, even if she couldn’t answer the question. The way she spoke to me, however, has made me question whether to just go next door to the Blue Diamond next time.
