Très mauvaise expérience avec WJD Repair via Back Market.

J’ai envoyé mon téléphone en parfait état, sans aucun impact, et j’avais pris des photos avant son expédition afin de conserver une preuve de son état.

À la réception, WJD Repair m’indique pourtant que le téléphone présente des impacts et me transmet des photos de ces prétendus dommages. Je conteste totalement leur constat, puisque mon téléphone était intact au moment de son envoi.

Malgré les photos que je leur ai fournies avant l’expédition, ma contestation n’est pas prise en compte. On me demande maintenant de répondre sous 15 jours, faute de quoi le téléphone pourrait m’être renvoyé avec les impacts constatés.

Je trouve cette situation particulièrement injuste, car je me retrouve à devoir prouver que les dommages n’étaient pas présents au moment de l’envoi.

J’attends désormais que Back Market examine réellement mon dossier et les preuves fournies, plutôt que de simplement retenir la version du réparateur.

Expérience très décevante pour le moment.

I sent an iPhone 14 Plus, but they claimed an iPhone 11 had arrived. Fortunately, the sale didn't take place directly with wjdrepairs but through an online marketplace, so I had some protection. After reading the reviews here, it was clear that this wasn't the first time such a scam had happened. DON’T SELL OR BUY A PHONE FROM THEM!

Ho restituito il telefono perchè non prendeva, nessuna rete. Funziona solo attaccato a wi-fi.
Me lo hanno rispedito dicendo che non c'era nulla che non funzionava...
Il celluare è tornato e continua a non funzionare.
Siete da denuncia e mi stupisco che un portale serio come REFURBED vi abbia come partner.

Bought a phone from them, and a few days later they informed me it was out of stock. I needed a new phone asap. They are holding me money, so I am unable to buy another phone, and they don't respond to my messages or emails.

Don´t buy anything from them. They sell not 100% accurate products and don´t stay to what they promise. Customer Service is fast in telling you, that they will not support you.

I am very disappointed with the condition of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB I purchased from WJD Europe Limited through Refurbed. The phone has multiple quality issues that should never pass refurbishment checks.

The bottom speaker makes strange and distorted noises, which clearly indicates a hardware problem. There is also a visible mark at the bottom of the display, and an obvious gap between the display and the frame near the front camera area. The device does not feel properly assembled or quality checked.

I expected a professionally refurbished premium phone, but instead received a device with noticeable defects. This experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend this seller based on the quality of the product I received.

Ik heb via refurbed twee gsm's binnen gebracht Samsung S22 en Samsung S8 , in dezelfde doos. De Samsung S22 hebben ze ontvangen maar plots zou de Samsung S8 verdwenen zijn??? Ik ben niet de type die foto's maakt voor bestellingen omdat ik vertrouw op de mensen hun goedheid maar duidelijk een misopvatting hier! Ze beweren deze niet te ontvangen hebben, bijgevolg hebben ze mijn Samsung S22 overgekocht aan 40€ , vertoefde in staat E - volgens hen heel slecht terwijl er 1 barstje zat in de achterkant! BELACHELIJKE OPKOPER!!!

Bought an iPhone and the screen was loose, so I sent it back, got a new one and it was completely dirty. The speaker was missing a piece and the screen was scratched. I did not even get a charger ...

Après avoir reçu mon téléphone, ils me font une contre offre en prétextant des rayures sur l'écran. Alors que j'avais fait des photos. Ils n'en tiennent pas compte.
Ils me renvoient le téléphone et je constate des rayures qui n'existaient pas sur mes photos.
Ils ne veulent rien savoir et rejette toutes responsabilités.

Bought an S22 from WJD Repairs EU Ltd based in Dublin 17, through Backmarket. Specifically needed the phone for dual sim operations, paid €100 over the regular price to get physical dual sim and esim. Received a Korean version, single sim with no esim. Additionally phone was rattling inside, as if something was loose. Avoid.

I used Refurbed to buy a refurbed phone and at the same time to sell back my old one. The used phone was almost perfect and I received a fair evaluation. When WJD Repairs received the phone, first assigned a medium rating, then a low rating and offered 1/5th of the original offer. I refused. They sent back the phone... broken! I opened a claim via Refurbed (useless), I sent videos and pictures of the phone before sending, after receiveing, etc. WJD Repairs changed several times their version in order to avoid to refund me. First they said my phone was broken (videos/picures sent: was great), the they said I opened with violence their parcel (videos/images sent: wasn't true), now they say I swapped the phone with another one (but there is the IMEI LOL). They keep asking videos/pictures and every time they try to find a new excuse. I asked them to provide info, prooofs, images on how they received my phone, how they managed it, how they shipped it back and they are not responding. I'll likely need to go to court, stay away from these scammers.

Thieves!!! Don't send anything to them!!! I sent an iPhone 15 Pro Max for resale, and when they received it, they told me it was an old Samsung... I lost my iPhone and over €500!!!! THIEVES!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. I sent my iPhone 14 Pro in perfect condition for evaluation. The device had a flawless display with no scratches whatsoever. Now I’ve received a photo from the seller showing a deep scratch on the screen — a damage that was definitely not there before shipping.

My original offer was 394 €, which has now been reduced to 275 € based on this newly appeared damage.

This behavior raises a serious red flag and feels like a deliberate attempt to devalue the device. Completely unacceptable.

I sold my iphone on Backmarket recently, and they made a lower counteroffer which i refused and asked to send it back, but they sent the wrong phone : a broken iphone 12. I asked for a refund for weeks, they accused me of lying, they sent “proof” of the package they sent to me but i noticed that it was not the same as the one i received, so it’s obvious they’re the liars and scammers. Thankfully backmarket took action and refunded me, and i hope they will end the partnership with them… From all the reviews here, it’s pretty obvious you shouldn’t buy from them.

J’ai envoyé mon téléphone via BackMarket pour une reprise avec ma boîte d’origine et mes accessoires d’origine. Ces derniers m’ont fait une contre proposition que j’ai refusé. Ils m’ont renvoyé mon téléphone dans un emballage standard. J’ai demandé à récupérer mon emballage avec mes accessoires d’origine mais ces derniers m’ont dit l’avoir jeté. Bref, un marchand que je ne recommande pas.

Des voleurs, j'ai revendu mon iphone 15 pro en parfaite était estimer à 550€ et il mon fait une contre offre à 120€ car soit disant le téléphone de détecter pas la puce,du coup il me l on renvoyer et le téléphone capte plus alors qu il marcher très bien au départ ,je peut même pas le revendre !a fuir…

Sent an IPhone 16 pro max to these guys through Backmarket. Flawless condition and 100% battery. Quoted £690 which is already such a low price. Got sent photos of a device with a 'scratched screen' clearly not the same as mine. Reluctantly accepted a counter offer nearly £100 less because i just don't have time to deal with the admin. It's a real shame and i hope they feel great about it..... If you see them as an option for your backmarket trade in i would avoid.

Avoid at all costs. Ended up up having to deal with them through refurbed.

Traded in my phone through backmarket with WJD repairs. Extremely happy with the price and service -would definitely use again.
