Jess H was absolutely amazing with helping me sort out a show for my parents 30th anniversary, she was very swift with her responses and was beyond helpful. A truly helpful person who made the booking as seamless and ready as it could’ve been!

Lizzie did an excellent job in correcting the date of my chosen present. She was very helpful, quickly responded to my request without any delay, was competent, efficient, reliable, having superb communication skills, pleasant, and friendly while still being highly professional. Lizzie is a very good representive of the company and its customer service.

Emailed Wonder Days because I had lost track of what I’d booked and wether I had any vouchers left to use, Lizzie replied with a detailed email explaining everything within a couple of hours, brilliant customer service.

Entry for the State Room Tour was at a pre-arranged time. An audio guide was provided which gave a wealth of information. The staff were on hand to answer any questions.
The interior was impressive. We had a refreshing drink in the Cafe. The gift shop was well stocked & the gardens were beautiful.
After the tour we made our way to Charring Cross to The Clermont Hotel for our Afternoon Tea. The Hotel is excellent the Afternoon Tea was delicious and we were provided with a box to take home the cakes we couldn’t manage to eat. Jusu, Erfu & Badrul attended to us & could not have been more courteous! Badrul introduced us too some teas we hadn’t previously tried & they complemented our Afternoon Tea beautifully.

My husband bought this gift experience for my birthday & it was easy to book & great value for money. I highly recommend.

Lizzie and Jess have given exceptional service, through several of my own mistakes they managed to resolve everything and book the exact theatre and seats we wanted

I've recently gone through some difficulties in a car accident and my wonderdays gift voucher expires on the 28th of this month I emailed them this morning asking if it could be extended and more or less instantly got a reply and had an extension on my voucher excellent communication especially from Jess.

I was gifted a voucher for my 6oth birthday from my mum it was for the value of £329 . Im a very busy person and totally forgot I had it i was out with old friends a wk ago and he had just come back from Silverstone F1 and he jogged my memory about my voucher , I contacted wonderdays as I couldn't find my voucher so they were so helpful sending me a copy of it by email , it was dated to expire 11th September this year so I went on and proceeded to book a supercar experience in Scotland but unfortunately I couldn't get booked into an experience i wanted until October so I emailed back telling them about my problem , I was emailing a lovely lady called lizzie and she emailed back that she was going to restart my voucher from 17th July and give me a year to use it , this was my silly fault forgetting about it and then losing it , and I can only say that lizzie has restored my faith in human kindness THANK YOU .

We booked this for Father’s Day last year and due a succession of events we’ve been unable to go. I didn’t realise the vouchers had expired until a month past them. I emailed customer services fully expecting to be told it was our hard luck - but Lizzie M was brilliant.

Not only did she reinstate our vouchers but she was so kind and empathic.

Had a small query with a voucher and emailed expecting the usual 'sorry cant help' response, instead Lizzie responded with a resolution that far exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say they responded in a super fast time and was super helpful. Cannot praise the customer service team enough. High fives all round.

The service I had received from Jess at Wonder Days has been amazing, she has gone above and beyond. I contacted regarding an expiring voucher and asked if they could extend the date, I always wanted to exchange the experience as I’d booked a hot air balloon ride for our 20th year anniversary which was no longer suitable as I found out we were pregnant shortly after purchasing it. Jess extended the expiry date to allow me to look for something more suitable and explained how I could exchange it. Absolutely impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company! The options available on the website is huge, the checkout process was very easy! Customer service is amazing! I checked out too quickly and forgot to add the physical option of the gift voucher, i got a response within an hour. Lizzie was amazing, helpful and very friendly! Sorted my problem immediately. Great experience using WonderDays! A voucher we’d been given for our wedding had expired but Becky from customer service was great and extended the date for 3 months!

Got through to the very nice Lizzie M. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. If she said she was going to do something she did it. If all companies had a Lizzie M instead of AI things would be a lot better

I was given a Christmas present of a voucher to go Wild Water Swimming in Northumberland and chose to go to the North Pennines to swim in a couple of waterfall pools. Along with 2 friends we were guided by Hayley and had the most fabulous day. After a gentle walk to a secluded stretch of river, we went for a dip in the first of the waterfall pools. It wasn't as cold as expected and we just reverted to being kids laughing and playing in the water! Hayley then took us to our second swimming pool - another waterfall and even more secluded. It was just perfect! Hayley took everything at our pace and made the day such a wonderful experience. If you like swimming and the outdoors this trip is highly recommended.

I needed to make a few alterations, as I was given the voucher as a gift. Lizzie could not have been more helpful. She sorted everything quickly and efficiently and made the whole process really easy for me. I would definitely use this company based solely on the customer service she provided.

We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The warm sausage roll was delicious. We thought the cast iron tea pots were a novelty. The food was lovely, especially the jam cream scones. We actually took some of the cakes home to enjoy later. The staff were very efficient. We enjoy little wander around the hotel, which has many original features. The view of Windermere from the terrace was amazing. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Due to personal injury, I was unable to use my voucher before it expired and contacted WonderDays to enquire about an extension. From acknowledgement of receipt, I received a 12 month extension and a very helpful and kind response regarding my recovery in less than an hour! First class service from Becky that will not be forgotten.
