Great day on Frankly Farm and Highland Cows awesome. Highly recommended.

The experience was gifted by our sons as we both, but especially my husband are Highlander coo fans. Lovely setting, cows are obviously well loved and looked after. Very gentle and happy to interact. Guide knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend as a gift or to treat yourself if you want hands on highland cow fun. Thank you

Lizzie was super helpful when I had an issue with one of the vendors taking ages to reply. I got a same day response from Lizzie at wonderdays and the vendor got in touch the following day

The reply to my email was very quick and the problem was solved. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I thank them for their help and consideration.

Great customer service

I was having a problem redeemng a voucher and Lizzie was a real star solving my problem very easily.

I got myself in a right state trying to redeem a voucher I already redeemed the code for but had not booked... silly me. Lizzie was an absolute star in helping me and explained what had happened, sent me the code and link to book and streamlined the process for me. She quickly responded to my query with no trouble at all. Amazing customer service from Lizzie and again I can't thank you enough!

Jess H was absolutely amazing with helping me sort out a show for my parents 30th anniversary, she was very swift with her responses and was beyond helpful. A truly helpful person who made the booking as seamless and ready as it could’ve been!

Lizzie did an excellent job in correcting the date of my chosen present. She was very helpful, quickly responded to my request without any delay, was competent, efficient, reliable, having superb communication skills, pleasant, and friendly while still being highly professional. Lizzie is a very good representive of the company and its customer service.

Emailed Wonder Days because I had lost track of what I’d booked and wether I had any vouchers left to use, Lizzie replied with a detailed email explaining everything within a couple of hours, brilliant customer service.

Entry for the State Room Tour was at a pre-arranged time. An audio guide was provided which gave a wealth of information. The staff were on hand to answer any questions.
The interior was impressive. We had a refreshing drink in the Cafe. The gift shop was well stocked & the gardens were beautiful.
After the tour we made our way to Charring Cross to The Clermont Hotel for our Afternoon Tea. The Hotel is excellent the Afternoon Tea was delicious and we were provided with a box to take home the cakes we couldn’t manage to eat. Jusu, Erfu & Badrul attended to us & could not have been more courteous! Badrul introduced us too some teas we hadn’t previously tried & they complemented our Afternoon Tea beautifully.

My husband bought this gift experience for my birthday & it was easy to book & great value for money. I highly recommend.

Lizzie and Jess have given exceptional service, through several of my own mistakes they managed to resolve everything and book the exact theatre and seats we wanted

I've recently gone through some difficulties in a car accident and my wonderdays gift voucher expires on the 28th of this month I emailed them this morning asking if it could be extended and more or less instantly got a reply and had an extension on my voucher excellent communication especially from Jess.
