would like to report serious concerns regarding a vehicle advertised by this dealer.
The vehicle I viewed had multiple undisclosed or poorly disclosed issues, including:
cracked windscreen
damaged passenger door
damaged rear bumper
deep scratches across the bodywork, appearing as though the car had been scratched with a key
In addition, the dealer provided an “AVILOO Battery Certificate Preview” which does not include the vehicle registration number or full VIN number, making it impossible to independently verify that the certificate belongs to the advertised vehicle.
Taken together, I am concerned that the advertisement and supporting documents may be misleading and do not accurately represent the true condition of the vehicle. I believe this matter should be reviewed to protect other customers.

Excelent customer service from start to end, sophie went above and beyond for us whilst purchasing the car. All the staff were very friendly and made buying a new car a really nice experince. We would highly rerecomend and 100% use again. We cant thankyou all the team enough for everything they did along the way.

The team I dealt with from start to finish Brad, Adam and Sophie were all great and very helpful. I just purchased a very nice E Class estate and Sophie went through all the details, the history and answered all my questions with confidence. Within 5min of arrival from Scotland I as out test driving solo, no pushy sales no problems a sleek process. Even took an old workhorse Volvo off my hands for more than I expected. I would say first class service thank you. The car’s great, was well presented had been serviced and valeted and looked stunning on the forecourt. The drive back to Scotland was effortless the car was a beauty thank you. Highly recommend Woodson Cars, for me a worthy 500 mile round trip and would do it again.

Bought a lovely Mini from this garage, well prepared, gave plenty of time to test drive, no pressure sales A few days later, I discovered the battery was a little weak when starting as it appeared to the original battery, aware it is a used car but concerned about future costs, I sent an email over to them just asking if they could help take this off my mind. They promptly responded and said to bring it in and they’ll take a look, now its all sorted. The service is absolutely brilliant, I especially like how they put the service history in the advert, it is what every company should do! Thanks to Brad and Adam for being great!

Found my electric (first one) car on auto trader and went to see it the next morning for a test drive. Super friendly and super efficient...they even took my old car as a part ex which was a bonus I wasn't expecting. Brad handled everything so fast and answered any questions I had. Picked up the car the next day and it was just waiting patiently...valeted and ready to drive away after the paperwork was sorted. Would highly recommend this place for a new car to anyone! Thankyou for my car...im absolutely in love with it!

I purchased a car from Woodson Cars Ltd on 31 January 2026. The day after collecting the vehicle, I discovered a large hole in the driver’s side carpet and mat that had not been disclosed during the viewing or purchase process. The damage had been deliberately concealed by a bag placed on the floor.

I reported the issue to the dealership the next working day, but they refused to help, stating that I had signed paperwork confirming I was satisfied with the car. Despite this, dealerships still have a responsibility to disclose significant defects. The matter was eventually escalated to the AA mediation service, which has now confirmed that the dealership will repair the carpet — the same resolution I originally proposed.

Even more concerning, the dealership has now attempted to make the repair conditional on me removing my reviews. I was asked to sign a document stating that they would only carry out the repair if my reviews were taken down. My reviews simply reflect my honest experience during both the purchase process and the way this issue was handled afterwards. Attempting to pressure customers into removing truthful feedback before resolving a legitimate complaint is completely unacceptable.

Only now are they offering to repair the carpet — but only on the condition that my reviews are taken down. I also attempted to resolve this directly with Nick, but instead of handling the matter professionally, he abruptly and disrespectfully ended the call.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. The way they handled this situation showed a complete lack of honesty, transparency, and basic customer respect. I would strongly recommend buying your car from somewhere else.

Bought our car from Woodsons recently and was a smooth process overall. Sophie dealt with us and was great throughout making the transition to a bigger family car very easy. Was happy with her knowledge of the industry and the car in which we purchased. Even went out of her way on a few occasions to help with quires we had on another vehicles. Very happy with Sophie’s and Woodsons service and will certainly be coming back for our next car. Would highly recommend.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I recently purchased a Mercedes A Class from Woodson Cars and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was superb. Brad and Adam were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a massive help from firstly ringing up and enquiring to turning up and viewing the car.

Brad ensured the car was presented in immaculate condition on collection day & was able to give me all the answers to my questions throughout & also not pushing to buy it, which I was a big fan of!

Really easy to get in touch and kept me informed along the way. Added bonus they saved me £30 a month with their finance too in comparison to a broker, very easy to use on the website.

Amazing staff and always felt welcome with no pressure sales which is always nice, brilliant facilities and a mention to Brad, who couldn't do enough to make the sale run smoothly as possible.
