Buying a new car is always a daunting experience and in the past I have dreaded it but this time was the complete opposite. My experience at Woodson was fantastic. They spent so much time showing me options that worked for me and my financial situation, I literally couldn't fault any part of it. I was being looked after by Brad. He took time to find out exactly what I wanted and was honest about what was and wasn't possible. It was a really refreshing sales experience. I would highly recommend Brad and the team to anyone looking for a new car. Well done Woodson for the way your staff look after customers. A well deserved 5*

We visited Woodson Cars to look for a car and had a really great experience. The facilities were excellent and very welcoming. A special mention to Brad, who was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and relaxed.
It was especially nice that they had a games room for the kids, which made the visit much more enjoyable for the whole family. We were also offered free drinks, which was a lovely touch and really added to the customer experience.
Overall, a brilliant garage with great staff and facilities. Highly recommend Woodson Cars!

Was Told They needed £250 Deposit to “Bring the car to the Front. This is before I even looked at the car . Brought out a BMW Convertible £3k over Book Price , said I would get my Deposit back . I rang twice to ask why I did not get my £250 back was told “Both “ times They would sort the refund ! Rang 05/09/2024 spoke to very Rude man who said I was lying and because the finance had been applied for I would not be entitled to £250 deposit back . I put phone down “Told him to get Sophie to ring me I would speak to the” organ grinder not the monkey” .
