Delivery came really quick, beautiful design, really great quality and my pup loves it

I ordered an item that was in the sale, Upon arrival I noticed it was missing the colour From the bundle purchased. I contacted them and they did send the collar swiftly, However, I noticed there was a mismatch In the colours. When I contacted them, The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me it states this on the website and that’s why it was on sale. I understand that I may have missed the statement that it was mismatched, The service was absolutely appalling, And there was zero professionalism From the company when I messaged. I honestly would not recommend.

She also lies.

Delighted with the quality of my dogs new collars and leads, they’re so stylish! 5* customer service too, there was a small error with my order (a missing item) but the owner responded to my communication within the hour, and the missing piece arrived within 2 days - excellent communication and service! We will be back :)

A lovely kind and very good value small business went out of there way to accommodate me with harnesses for my little staffy. This small business offers quality , value and so many beautiful designs and colours for all sizes and breeds of dogs. The owner is very kind and thoughtful and simply goes out of her way to help make sure you are satisfied with your order! If you require a harness collar ,lead or even a full set of all 3 I would highly recommend wooffrills every time. I ordered 2 harness, 2 collars and a lead. The quality of these products is just amazing! I tried different brands before and Wooffrills is just the best.

I had to exchange the size of harnesses, and my second shipment got lost in the post, but the customer service was absolutley outstanding. I received responses to my emails almost immediately and the replacement has been sent right away.
