No fuss, No hassle just nice to deal with someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that the deal goes through. We buy houses from estate agents and standard auction and to be honest had never used this type of buying process. Ray was a star. On time to meet us and show us the house. Always on the end of the phone. Took the time to keep us updated. Nice to deal with someone who is realistic, down to earth and committed to help. (Also as we know know a nice guy)
Would I use again? - Absolutely with no hesitation.

Would just like to share this honest review from the moment I picked up the leaflet through my front door in my old property and then reading through all the information, It really stood out in front of my eyes and brought to my attention that I then needed to contact the Wirral residential buyers. From then picking up the telephone and speaking to the sales team for them to the arranging a viewing of the value of my property for the beginning and completion of the process to then selling the property.
