Appointment made to measure my kitchen for new kitchen units from Wren on Friday. Mark R arrived promptly on Monday morning, well a little earlier than scheduled and that suited me. Mark was polite and charming and went about his work quietly. Im getting a 3D planning session tomorrow. Great service.

My Experience.
Wren really push you to use your own builder, but I’d say always get Wren to install it themselves. If you use your own fitter, it just feels like they’ve got an excuse to avoid responsibility, because they can blame your builder for any issue and say the warranty has been affected.
I’d also stay away from any “recommended” mates of staff. From my experience, and my sibling’s too, things only seem to go smoothly when Wren are fully responsible for the kitchen fitting. If something goes wrong, go straight to customer service, not the showroom staff or designer, because they didn’t seem to care. And don’t get pulled in by the fake friendly “mate/brother” talk, because in the end you’re just a number.

Well that was easy!
Mark R is a credit to Wren, he made the process very easy.
He was on time, friendly but professional, explained the process. measured up, took some photos, and was even aware of my next stage appointment tomorrow. Very good customer service and I'm looking forward to the visual and planning appoinment in the morning.
