Very pleased with my Wrens Kitchen. The staff in the Harlow branch were friendly and there was no pressure to buy. The designer was very patient and helpful and was willing to 'think outside the box'... Ver mais

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after many visits to the Harlow showroom and spending a considerable amount of money, I feel completely let down by Wren’s customer service.
I only agreed to purchase the bedroom furniture after staff measured the drawer in front of me and assured me that the jewellery tray accessory would fit. That information turned out to be incorrect.
When the fitter arrived, he immediately stated there were parts missing and later explained that the tray supplied actually requires its own fitting mechanism. I was then told I would be sent a different tray that would fit — however, after checking Wren’s own website, the product described does not appear to exist.
Since then:
* I have repeatedly contacted the Harlow branch and customer services;
* I have requested a refund for the jewellery tray;
* I have tried to stop further incorrect replacement parts being sent;
* I am still awaiting a £250 refund already owed to me.
Most disappointing of all has been the lack of communication and accountability. I feel I was told whatever was necessary to secure the sale, but afterwards nobody wanted responsibility for resolving the problem.
I am now pursuing the matter formally through my credit card provider as misrepresentation/mis-selling.
I would still welcome contact from someone at Wren prepared to properly review the case and resolve this fairly.
having got their attention, i received a call but was just about to go to dentist. i asked if they could call back in an hour. This never happened. Instead I received an email asking when a convenient time to call the next day. I said 9am - Never received the call. Sat with phone in hand - By 11am sent email saying awaiting call. Nothing. Now taking next steps to report as Mis sold

I’ve had multiple unresolved issues with my Wren kitchen orders, and despite raising a formal complaint months ago, and a follow up escalation letter, nothing has been resolved. Communication has been inconsistent and has now stopped entirely.
Replacement items were delivered months ago and left in my property blocking access to the living room and downstairs cloakroom which I needed following a total knee replacement. Installation were arranged and not kept meaning I had to spend much of my holiday abroad ringing and chasing them for new dates that suited my circumstances. Several defects remain outstanding, and Wren has made no effort to address them.
I have also received an incomplete response to my Subject Access Request.
Wren have been a nightmare and I’ve now resorted to opening a case with the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman. I am prepared to take Wren to court if I have to. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Wren Kitchens and I suggest you stay well clear of them. If you have any issues you will regret ever using them.

I urge anyone buying anything from wren to be careful and make sure you are happy with what your buying before making payment. I'm now £271 out of pocket and will not give my custom to wren again.

Stay clear of wrens. What they show you in the shop is not what you are sold. I had a bedroom fitted in February and still arguing with them now. I had their installers fit it and what a bloody mess and now they are saying it's because I didn't order a part. I sat down with a designer and they order the parts, not me. I have gaps in the wall and they didn't scribe where the joins meet. I paid £1500 for installation and could have done a better job myself.

Very pleased with my Wrens Kitchen. The staff in the Harlow branch were friendly and there was no pressure to buy. The designer was very patient and helpful and was willing to 'think outside the box' to install what I wanted into a very small kitchen. The quality seems as good as other suppliers. Everything arrived on the stated delivery date with nothing missing or damaged.

A brilliant experience from design, delivery and through to fitting! Everyone was friendly, experienced and professional, but we were particularly impressed with the efficiency, commitment and integrity of fitters Stefan and Lewis.

Adrianna at the Harlow shop was so lovely . Very helpful/ knowledgeable .not at all pushy . She showed us lots of different examples. We were there for quite a while for our fairly small utility room but she still was just as professional

Would highly recommend Wren in Harlow. Adrianna who helped design our kitchen was brilliant. Nothing was a problem. We are so pleased with the end result. The quality of the kitchen is great. Do not hesitate to use Wren. Ashley our fitter was brilliant.

We borrowed Rahim from Harlow branch as he’s local to us in Chelmsford. Was a pleasure to work with. So knowledgeable and really helped us design and build a kitchen that looks great and works for us. Would recommend Wren to anyone looking to improve their kitchen.

Bought our kitchen at the Harlow store. Over several months Adrianna was patient with us and helped us design our perfect kitchen. She gave us valuable advice and I would no hesitate to recommend her service. No real issues with the delivery...one part was damaged which was replaced within a couple of days using the online app. No quibbles. Overall a positive experience. 😊

When the kitchen was delivered the two gents treated my house extremely respectfully. The kitchen was placed in order the fitter would need it. My kitchen was fitted to perfection I am so pleased.
