I used to buy loads of crates from this company, started off really well... their items were really good and I was really happy. But they don't protect the autograph cards, like the American Wrestling companies do. They just put them in the box, with keyrings and other heavier items. So the signed photos were getting bashed up and ruined, so I sent them an email about this. At first they were really helpful, and sent out replacements. But after a few times of this happening, because they still were not protecting the main items. These are expensive crates, and a lot wrestling fans don't have a lot of money. They got really funny about it, even though I provided pictures of the items and the damage. So they started to ignore me, so I put a couple of posts saying please could they respond to me. The funny thing is, they then blocked me, straight after I actually said that one of their crates that month was really good, and I got my items ok. This is really odd behaviour, I just want buy something and to get what I paid for undamaged. Years later, because I got my girlfriend to buy my crates. I tried to sort it with them, and make everything good. So I could see their posts for what was coming next. But they were rude and said "You will stay Blocked!" even though they hadn't had a complaint from me for years. Even though I was still getting damaged items, they then have been really rude to my girlfriend who has been very polite with them. I hope the wrestlers realise how they are treating people, that just want to buy and item and get it in good condition. This really is not good enough, and I think subscribers are realising this now... because they have to give away loads of extra stuff to get them to subscribe. Which they will only send you if they want to, or they might even send a load of leftovers no one wants instead of the items they said they would give you. I am sorry to have to post this, because I used to really love getting the crates. And I really wanted this to work out for both of us.

Signed up last month after years of wanting to but finally did lol, received today and the autographs and memorabilia inside are top notch, I got the Dudley's, Jericho, mankind and a few others inside along with manchonthairt

I had tried to cancel my subscription online and thought i did so until i was charged which may have been my mistake. However, it does state if you contact within a certain timeframe you can receive a refund for your order which i tried.

customer service replied once and then not again to my emails and did not help me with my issue at all.

I accepted that it may have been a mistake on my end regarding maybe not cancelling properly etc so i decided i would just keep my subscription incase i liked the next signature.

I tried to pause my subscription again when i realised the signature wasn’t for me! and it would not let me do it online. So i contacted customer support once again to try and resolve the issue so that i could pause the subscription this time and easily reactivate it in future. I asked if they could pause on their end as it would not let me and they basically just said “we recommend just cancelling your subscription”

I must say i have had quite a negative experience with their customer service and honestly they just do not seem interested in helping at all.

Which is quite sad because i really enjoyed when i did get boxes prior to this and thought that i would have no issues but in any company customer service is really important and if you don’t seem interested in helping then it’s going to put people off.

Unfortunately, Like recommended i’ll cancel my subscription and let my other friends know who also use wrestlecrate the issues i’ve had and recommend they don’t use it as if they ever have any issues customer service won’t care.

Absolutely incredible box. Am going to be a subscriber for the rest of my days lol. Such detail and effort goes into these boxes. You can just tell when you open it the vibe and feel you get. Best thing I ever purchased and will be purchasing untill there is no more. Thankyou so much guys gives me something to look forward to every month!!! 🤘🏻

To me the guys and girls at wrestle creat are very friendly and always able to help when you send a email or drop the a message via there socials, and as for the product received there is always something in the box that makes it pay for it self, if it's from the signed autograph too the amazing t-shirts each month. Always look forward to getting my box at the end of the month

The best way to sum up my Wrestle Crate experience is this - Every month I look at what I'm spending, and try to cut things out. Every month Wrestle Crate ends up on the side of the page that says "Luxuries that should be stopped". And every month I end up relieved and smiling that I kept my subscriptions going! The curation is amazing, caters to all generations of wrestling fans, always includes something that puts the spotlight on a lesser known area of wrestling (either a cult t-shirt, autograph from an indie star, or something like that), and never fails to deliver at least one or two pieces that I want to have on display. 10/10 would recommend, I will always be keeping my subscription as my last remaining luxury spend, and you should just go for it. My only other recommendation is to avoid social media around delivery day, to avoid spoilers!

Love getting my monthly wrestling crate. Always fun and exciting to see what I will get. The Team is amazing. Whenever I have a query. It is answered within 24 hours.

Recieved my box just a week after shipping and i live in Belgium so i'm verry happy it's that fast!
The shirt of this months box is really cool and aligns with the halloween season! And other great goodies you turn happy about as a wrestling fan! Even a Dominque Mysterio autograph! Cool! Keep up the good work!

Had been on wrestle crates mailing list for years.

Seemed a good company but not when I joined

They advertised a signing with Shawn Michaels. Naturally being a huge fan I signed up within a day of it being advertised so you would assume reasonably you would have your order fulfilled

Was then told that the autograph had been "over sold" and the order wouldn't be fulfilled

Was then offered a number of alternatives which I politely declined

Only when I threatened to get my bank involved did I get a reply telling me they could give me an older Shawn Michaels one but I would have to order another month's crate?

To be fair I did get a refund but only after threatening to get the bank involved.

Seems a poorly run operation

I’ve been getting WrestleCrate for about a year now and I’m really happy with it. I love the shirt designs and the quality is always great. The autograph cards are also a really cool addition for any wrestling fan.

Some of the smaller items like beer buddies or puzzles aren’t really my thing, but that’s just personal taste. The box is made for everyone and you can tell they try to include something for all kinds of fans. Overall it’s always exciting to open and I look forward to it every month.

WrestleCrate has some nice signatures and apparel in their boxes. Their custom prints for the big names to sign are always clean! The UK Indy signature normally baffles me as there's been a few times where I have no idea who they are, but still cool nonetheless. Shirts, nine times out of ten, have a cool design that I'm happy with. The pins are normally quite cool. The rest of the box tends to be pretty meh. The October box was a good example of this where they included an AI generated art piece of the Ultimate Warrior on a coaster. Was a waste of time and production money, in my opinion.

I also find they include other little things that could be substituted, like the shoot interviews and coasters/drinking buddies.

I have always seen Wrestlecrate advertised by various influencers and I have always been sceptical. However, I have been subscribed for 4 months now and I can confidently say that my subscription has allowed me to get hold of signatures and merchandise I could never have even imagined. The AJ Lee and Dominic Mysterio ones stand out as some of the best, even the design of the prints are worth framing before taking the autograph into consideration.

The T shirts are always very well designed and are extremely comfortable, my favourite so far being the screwjob survivor design referencing one of the most famous events in wrestling history.

The box every month is full of great little accessories that look good in my wrestling memorabilia display and I’m just gutted I didn’t sign up sooner.

Been subscribed for many years, it's been the constant for my wrestling goodies at the end of the month and has widened my wrestling knowledge by including independent wrestling from the UK and Europe

Really good value for money if you are a wrestling fan, whatever the age or gender!

I’ve been subscribed to Wrestle Crate for a while now, and every month feels like Christmas for wrestling fans! The variety and quality of the goodies are second to none — from exclusive T-shirts and collectibles to limited-edition items you just can’t find anywhere else.

What really blows me away are the autographs. The mix is unbelievable — I’ve received signed items from absolute legends like Sting and Shawn Michaels, as well as today’s top stars like Jacob Fatu and Dirty Dom (Dominik Mysterio). It’s amazing to get authentic memorabilia from such a wide range of wrestling talent, all in one box.
