I have been so impressed with Wuka. This is our first experience of period pants and wow they really are reliable. It’s not just the product that I’m impressed with it’s also the whole customer experience. The website is easy to navigate, sizing guidance easy to follow and accurate and easy ordering. When I changed my mind about my order ( sizing) one message to customer services and my order was changed before dispatch. Messages are responded to so efficiently. Well done Wuka, I will definitely be ordering again.

I have purchased the Wuka swimsuit for my daughter to try it out during the holiday. And it did really work well. My daughter was able to enjoy swimming in the pool and in the sea, which was great.
Also special thank you to Rezi at Wuka for helping to arrange a prompt swimsuit exchange in time for holiday. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Worst return service ever!!

I bought on their sub domain wuka.dk ... tax and everything was included in the price, but still the packed ended up in customs. I refused the packed, so I never received the packed but wuka won't refund my money

Never shopping with the again

I bought a swimming costume in April last year. She has very irregular periods still, one every couple of months or so, so has used the costume about 12 times. We have had to throw it away as it basically disintegrated. The material used is extremely poor and I’m very annoyed given the cost.
We also purchased pants from this company in January last year. Like other reviews, I do not feel these hold anywhere near the amount of blood the company states. My daughter often leaks in these, and we have purchased much better ones from other companies.

My daughters love the products. I ordered the cycling shorts for one of them for Christmas. Unfortunately with all the pressure at that time the shorts were delivered by the PO but not to a safe space. They were stolen but not realised until 25th. This company reacted very quickly to workout what had happened and resolved the issue by replacing the product.

Have used wuka for a number of years and never had any problems. The period pants and swimming pants were revolutionary for both myself and my daughter.

While their products have evolved, my daughter found that the thong style no longer fitted quite so well as the basics. After a few emails to wuka direct, my queries were dealt with efficiently and promptly.

Rezi was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful.

Would definitely recommend wuka and have done so to many friends and family.

Absolutely love Wuka products. They are literally game changing. Super comfortable and no more anxiety around leaking. Not to mention how great the impact the swap is for the planet! When I have had delivery issues the customer service team have always been great at sorting them out and really lovely too. Highly recommend!

After ordering my first pair of Wuka pants, and wearing them for the first time, I thought - how on earth have I got to 40 years old and have never used these before?
Honestly, I wish I'd had something like this when I was 10 (I was an early developer!) and in my teens at school. And throughout my life!
They make periods so much more easy - it feels less like I am on one as it's so much less disruptive not having anything in me or in my knickers and not having to think about changing throughout the day.
These are really comfy and the customer service I received when I had an issue with Royal Mail (no fault of Wuka) was exceptional.
I have now ordered another two pairs to try other styles and for different flows.

I had a problem with a style and Rezi went out of the way to solve it for me which I really appreciate. I've used WUKA for years and they are much more comfortable than disposable products and have a good ethical standing.

I was in the market for more sustainable period products and after weeks of research decided to give WUKA a try. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering since the company was based out of the UK and I wasn’t sure how straightforward the ordering process would be. I finally decided on a brief ordered them, loved the way the product felt but they didn’t fit. I initially reached out to see if I could exchange them and Rezi was very kind and informative. She walked me through the exchange process and answered any questions I may have had at the time. Ultimately I decided to keep them due to shipping being so expensive to return my initial order. Rezi’s customer service won me over and I decided to place another order and gift the original set I purchased, to friends and family that were interested in trying them. I’m was and still am throughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from this brand!

I ordered the wrong sizes and Rezi could not have been more helpful with arranging to exchange and keeping me in the loop.

I ordered several items a few weeks ago and later realised I didn’t need them all. When I went to the WUKA website to start a return, I was surprised by how complicated the process was — and disappointed to find out that customers have to pay for returns, even within the UK. While the products themselves are great, the returns experience has really put me off ordering again.

I have been a WUKA customer for the past three years and love them. They have changed the way I manage my period and came in really handy when I unfortunately experienced a miscarriage.
I have just received the advent calendar and after a little hiccup with one item being sent wrong, which was rectified immediately I am looking forward to opening each door to see what’s inside.
I would highly recommend this company and have done many times to friends, family and work colleagues.

A brilliant, sustainable alternative to other period products. Wuka lead the way with their inovation and education. My daughter has used their period pants since her first period and we both love them. We've added swimming costumes and more pants to the collection as time has gone on and my daughter is confident to swim and do sport throughout her period as a result. If I've had a problem I've contact Wuka and their customer service is outstanding. They communicate swiftly and take action to rectify anything with no fuss. I highly recommend.

I have had my wuka period pants for more than a year, and I just hate them to be honest. I have a heavy flow and bought the ones for the heaviest flow. First of all they slip at the glued lining. But the worst part is that they don’t get really clean and that they don’t hold half of what I expected. I flood them every time, and they are not in any way leak proof. They leak out the side and through all the layers strait into my pants. And even when they’re freshly washed they stink. It’s horrid. It’s the worst period pants I have tried. I wash them exactly the same way as I wash my cotton period pants from sloggi, and those don’t smell and they actually get clean. The wuka ones just don’t get clean and leak all over. I wish I hadn’t spent so much money on this shit product.
