I use xicom for my project Nawhere.ng and I never for once, regrets my decision.
They are great with fast turn around time. The project was delivered within the required time frame and of course, the quality is superb! I can boldly recommend Xicom Technologies any time, any day.

We hired Xicom for our Food-Tech industry app development in March 2015 and Xicom has an excellent team of iPhone developers who understand technology well. I've been using Xicom since 2008 and have spent almost 100,000$ on the plateform, you can trust me: Xicom is one of the best 5 stars company to work with on Elance. They are not the cheapest company but you pay with the guarantee that they will do their best to deliver you top quality and satisfy your expectations and requirements. The company is very structured and have all skills in house. That means you will always have an expert available to figure out any technical issues. The coding is clean and they know what they do. From the first day until the achievement of the project, I felt a team committed to deliver the best end product. The reaction of Xicom has been tremendous and very profesionnal. They have given Chitvan, an experience project manager, to lead the completion of the project. Chitvan and his team carry on working very hard to deliver the best product and never complained even if I was very demanding especially with the finishing work. The communication with Chitvan was perfect even if we don't have the same native language. I was in touch with him and his team on a daily basis via Skype messages, calls or Pivotal Trackers to see the progress of the website development. For each of my request, he was extremely responsive, professionnal and polite. I can only thank Chitvan and his team for their hard work, their commitment and their customer support. I definitely recommend XICOM.

Our company engaged with Xicom to design and develop a Saas based solution and the team at Xicom did a very good job. The Project Manager, Developer and UI/UX Analyst worked collaboratively and delivered our application on time. A lot of people forget the collaborative nature of software development where both client and the development team need to work hard to achieve the desired product. They also accommodated my request to hold daily scrum meeting in their busy schedule. We will definitely engage them for our second project soon.

They will show you a great lucrative offer, but in reality they are one of the most cunning people. Their project managers don't know about concept and are very much arrogant. They don't give respect to their client's work once they receive payment. They will keep saying one thing that it will take one more day and one more day. This is ridiculous, even worst. Don't believe them at all otherwise you will feel cheated. The brand value of Xicom Technologies is in downfall and it is decreasing day by day, but the CEO is sleeping in his own luxurious life.

We were a bit skeptical about hiring Xicoms' outsourcing services since we have heard a lot of negative opinions about the company. But, after going through some of their work samples I decided to work with the company. And we're glad we made such decision. The company much better that we had expected, their service was prompt and we only paid for the rendered services. I would not hesitate in working with Xicom again!

We worked with Xicom.biz and paid them tens of thousands of dollars. Suddenly in November 2014 they stopped keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind.

Note that Xicom requests you give them 5 star rating on Upwork/Elance feedback, and other online platforms and also has their staff write fake positive reviews, so don't trust the reviews anywhere.

Xicom's response below is chock full of lies and defamation which will be taken into consideration during litigation.

Xicom cannot substantiate any of the claims they're making here but proof of our claims will be provided on xicom-sucks.com In fact Xicom always referred to us as an exemplary client, one of their largest, and any work Xicom performed on our behalf was agreed to by both parties.

Last week Xicom offered us a $2500 refund for their misdeeds. We did not accept the offer, considering the damage they did to our business. As a result, they're here making false claims.

Let's look at each claim for their credibility:

1) "We started this project by taking a knowledge transfer from an another reputed company. During the transfer, they clearly told us about the same experience they had with this client"

Xicom worked with us since January 2013. If we were terrible clients, they would have ended the relationship soon. It was WE who told Xicom we don't want to work with THEM any longer and cut ties.

Xicom claims our project has been worked on for 10 years when we launched the project only 6 years ago. We've worked with two companies on the project in total - Xicom and a company located in Ukraine for 4 years that had to stop development due to changes in regulations surrounding adult content in their country.

"Shaun is not at all technical and never tries to understand even the basic technicalities behind the project. He is very rude in his communication and always says, THIS IS REQUIRED AND NEEDS TO BE ACHIEVED BY WHATSOEVER METHOD. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE CODE, CHANGE IT. I HAVE PAID FOR THE SAME."

On various occasions, Xicom was unable to resolve serious issues affecting the project. We had to investigate ourselves and instruct Xicom on the technicalities behind the problems in their code setup. Even our web hosting staff at Mojohost, had to inform Xicom of the errors in their approach.

We have never made a demand like the sentence capitalized in Xicom's response. We did ask for and pay for an overhaul of our flash chat feature and Xicom agreed to do it without telling us that they have no flash developers. They resorted to trying to use candychat to replace our custom script.

2) Contract Breach

If a client is in breach of contract and is a poor client, Xicom would dissociate from them. They didn't, because we were never in breach of contract, and Xicom was happy to have us as a client.

3) Continuous Rework on the exiting modules

Xicom would replicate our competitor's features verbatim (though the features often did not work properly). We asked them not to do this and to instead improve on those features and develop new ones. Unbeknownst to us, apparently Xicom did not want to do this per their post here.

4) 24*7 Communication Support Threat

For critical issues such as site downtime, we would attempt to reach Xicom for assistance via Skype or their online site form. This is not uncommon for customers to do and certainly doesn't qualify as a "threat"?

5) Publishing Employees Personal Information from External Sources

Xicom believes they are above the law, however they're not and we are not afraid to air their dirty laundry.

We've been creating successful sites for over 15 years and have worked with very good companies and very bad ones. We're currently working with 2 very good companies that are repairing some of the damage Xicom has done to our project.

According to Chitvan, Xicom is a company in trouble - their employees are leaving for greener pastures. There are plenty of development companies to choose from - for employees and clients. Xicom shouldn't be one of them.

Due to living in opposite time zone, it was tough for me to stay awake late in night to communicate with people at Xicom Technologies. However, they eventually arranged someone to handle my project in my timeline.

As far as technical knowledge, they are one of the best. The guy who was handling my project seemed to have Mr. Zuckerberg like passion for web.

They simply tried to contrive a nearly perfect solution for my requirement. And, I feel credited to get their support and utmost dedication in pouring their lives in creating beautiful features for my website.

In short, they are adoptable.

I needed a website to sustain my legal consulting business. As a new entrepreneur, i was looking for a website with minimum investment of time.

On getting the reference of Xicom technologies from my artist friend, I landed on the site of this company.

Initially, I really liked the way they have presented themselves. They simply worth hiring.

I judged the website of these guys superficially like the loading speed, user experience, and content quality and they were quite good in that.

I loved the way they wrote about themselves. It impressed me that turned into a mid-term contract for the project. During development process, the flow of work was fine. Though, I missed talking them in hours of daylight in my time zone.
