Never received gloves kinda sad and disappointing

Really nice gloves, padding is great good wrist support. Very high quality, true break in gloves with no wraps. Customer service is terrible. Shipping is beyond slow, I’ve waited over 2 month for my orders and still waiting. Great product but terrible customer service. A great product doesn’t outweigh extremely poor customer service with month long wait shipping times.

Took 6 weeks to get my gloves, then got messed around with email and tracking number telling me my gloves had finally been delivered when they hadn't left America yet. I got them 2 weeks later after waiting a minimum of two to three days between responses. I suggest getting more customer service staff and honour delivery times. The gloves aren't good either, one size does not in fact fit all and the laces are a gimmick, you end up using a Velcro lace and loop anyway and takes 5 mins to put your gloves on and another to take them off

Ordered gloves August 24th, it is currently October 1st and still no gloves.
3 weeks to receive any kind of update
4 weeks to get a tracking number
Tracking number sat as "Shipping Label Created" for 10 days
They have finally (allegedly) arrived at some sort of shipping hub in Houston, TX as of 10/1/26
I am not hopeful for when they arrive.

I ordered gloves 5 weeks ago. I haven’t received them yet.I emailed the company 4 times.They respond it’s going out this week.No movement on the tracking.

Have not received gloves nor other items ordered with gloves, it’s been a month and nothing.

Order took almost a month to ship with terrible feedback from customer service that was not honest or transparent. I had to email multiple times about requesting a refund when I was dissatisfied with my experience, and still have not received this refund after two weeks. Honestly not even sure that the company is a scam, the fact they sent an automated request for review shows how out of touch with the customers they are

Extremely disappointing experience with YIBUKO.

I placed my order on September 4th, and this has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had with a company.

Their website stated that orders ship within 2–3 business days. Instead, I’ve spent weeks chasing down my order through multiple emails, Instagram messages, and their website contact form just to get basic information.

I was eventually told that my gloves were completed and would ship by the end of the week. That didn’t happen. I was then told the package was ready to ship and would be picked up by the carrier within the next few business days. Again, that didn’t happen.

A tracking number was eventually created on September 20th, but there was still no movement. I contacted GOFO directly, and they confirmed that they had never physically received the package. I forwarded that response to YIBUKO and asked for an explanation, but once again, I received no response.

What makes this even more frustrating is seeing YIBUKO actively posting on social media and running giveaways for gloves while paying customers are still waiting weeks for orders they’ve already paid for. It’s hard to understand how a company can continue promoting and giving away products while customers can’t even get the products they purchased or a response from customer service.

I completely understand that these are handmade gloves and that production delays can happen. What I don’t understand is the repeated shipping promises, lack of communication, and inability to provide an honest and accurate update.

I’ve been extremely patient throughout this process, but customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company for an order they’ve already paid for.

Very disappointing experience. YIBUKO seriously needs to improve its fulfillment and customer service.

Gloves seem great, but I must have got a bad batch. I got 2 pairs. They are peeling like crazy, like it's not actually leather.

I liked them, although one of the pairs had completely inconsistent finger holes compared to the other pair.

Very poor communication on their Instagram, as that seems the only way to contact them.

Even if the product becomes great, it will not last with this very poor communication and customer service.

They just asked me to give a review. The site states delivery in a few days–it's been over a month since I ordered, I have no clue if these are ever even coming? I contacted customer service and they didn't give me any details. I've seen others with the gloves, so they do exist, and they seem good. Buy at your own risk, I suppose, and maybe you can get them.

Ordered on the 21st August have still not received order the shipping on shopify now says not delivered have had the same copy and pasted emails from customer support have had no reply to my emails for a week and abit now really disappointed my coach ordered a pair they came after waiting a while but I ordered not long after him and have had no updates his gloves look sick I would just love my pair now will follow up if received or not

So long story short , I ordered these gloves August 28th 2026 and a month later nothing shows up so I email them to see where the gloves are status wise.

I get a notification saying they were delivered somewhere in the USA , (I live in Canada ) .

I emailed them again twice to see what went wrong with the delivery. I haven’t gotten any response back from there support team after emailing twice and no gloves yet.

You would think spending $140 I would get some type of customer service.
So I’m down that money I paid , with no gloves delivered and no explanation.
Would not recommend buying from this company.

I still got no gloves, I ordered over 4 weeks ago and no one replies on my emails.

Had an email to review the gloves that I ordered on 28th Aug. They’ve been sat in Miami since 22nd Sept. No response to messages.

Ordered over a month ago. Almost 30 days later I received a tracking number. A week later and package still hasn’t been shipped. Lack of communication with their support team as well. Really feels like a scam.

They are good gloves, but expect quite a lengthy wait to get them. Their websites shipping policy states 1-3 business days before they ship, mine took over 3 weeks. The quality is good, they fit nicely, great padding, but there are other options that are cheaper, work just as good, and don’t take a month or longer to show up.

Best MMA Gloves I’ve used. I’ve used Fairtex, Hayabusa, combat sports, and have tried on onx before. I frequently clip my thumbs on elbows using all other gloves when going for any sort of uppercut/hooks to the body and it’s been a lingering issue. I also clip people with my second knuckle in other gloves frequently aswell. In these gloves though I have not had a problem with any of those things so far. The hand protection is excellent, and partner protection is also excellent. The only downsides are putting these gloves on is a bit of a hassle even with the lace loop, but that’s a given for lace up gloves, and grappling is a bit more difficult in these especially from bottom position. However that’s a trade off I’m willing to make to protect my hands and these things far exceed any other glove I’ve used and seen.

At first I was hesitant on ordering these as I heard shipping takes a long time and I heard mixed reviews. I just ordered and recieved my pair which arrived in under a week. The quality out of the package is unmatched in comparison to other gloves I’ve used. Super excited to break these in! Best bang for your buck on the market rn!

These gloves are pretty good. Although I wish the laces were coated with something to make it so the lace n loop doesn't tear at them. And I have big hands so they were a little tight out if the package but once broken in they feel comfortable and the padding is nice too
