Very bad experience! The product arrived used, damaged, missing parts, and completely different from the advertisement. The seller keeps making excuses and demanding extra shipping fees instead of taking responsibility. Very disappointing customer service. The company is a scam taking whatever they can from the first-time customer! They took 178 riyals from my bank for smart glasses and sent me children's toy glasses and, of course, didn't honor their full refund and free return promises!
Now they are stretching time by having pointless communication through what's app and last they asked was: I pay them 20 riyals for return! It's a total fraud company. I wish in Saudia the government had a system of forcefully refunding the money and banning the business of companies like yisainuo.

The products quality is too bad. I didn’t advise dealing with yisainuo

The website is a scam. They allege to sell auto focus glasses when they don't. I paid 24 kd for 4 pairs of wrong glasses on the 4th August 2026. As per their 7 day refund policy, I requested a refund on the 5th August 2026. Since then they have gone quiet after taking my money. This company is a scam, please do not buy from them

The product I received was not the product I ordered.

I ordered +2.00 polarized/photochromic glasses based on the advertisement, but received a completely different model marked +1.00.

I contacted customer service and provided photos proving the difference. Instead of a full refund, they offered a replacement or only KD 2 compensation, and then stated that return shipping would be very expensive.

I am requesting a full refund for a product that does not match the advertisement or my order.

Be very careful and save screenshots of the advertisement and specifications before ordering.

لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا المتجر إطلاقًا. المنتج الذي وصلني لا يرقى لما تم عرضه في الإعلان، وخدمة العملاء سيئة جدًا. عند طلب الإرجاع لم يتم حل المشكلة، بل استمرت المماطلة وعرضوا تعويضًا جزئيًا بقيمة 80 درهم بدلًا من إعادة المبلغ. كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ولن أكرره.
I do not recommend this store at all. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised, and the quality was very disappointing. When I requested a return, customer service kept delaying the process instead of resolving the issue. Rather than refunding my money, they only offered me an AED 80 compensation, which I did not accept. This was a very frustrating shopping experience, and I will never buy from this store again. I strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering from them

Scam website they take the money and they disappear like the smugglers they don’t care if they lied and sold u a very cheap bad quality now i need to return my 296 sar money back and i cant reach them

This is a fake website run by scammers and fraudsters. The goods you receive are not the same as those shown in the advertisement video. Beware of dealing with them, even though they try to entice you in the advertisement by saying you can return the goods within a week without any reason. The truth is, they don't respond to your attempts to contact them after receiving payment

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a muscle massage device, and it turned out that the device does not work at all. I contacted the company many times, but there was no response, no support, and no interest in solving the issue.
They refused to refund my money or offer any compensation for the faulty product, and they kept delaying the process as much as possible.
My advice: do not deal with this company ever

I purchased a product from Yisainuo for 199 SAR. Upon delivery:

The product quality was far below what was advertised.
Return shipping cost more than the product itself.
They offered a replacement but required me to pay additional fees.
I refused the shipment due to their unprofessional and unfair handling.

This company clearly prioritizes profits over customers. I strongly do not recommend buying from Yisainuo.
