Above and Beyond
Went above and beyond every time I needed them. When errors were made or delays were caused by the mortgage company my case manager pushed through to completion in double quick time and extra funds arrived almost instantly.
Updates and reminders were very efficient and shows they are looking to complete the case as soon as possible.

I used this company to remortgage my property and I must say they were fantastic, I was kept updated with what was happening at different stages of my case on a regular basis, if I had any questions I could contact them by phone or email and found both options easy , there was always a quick response to any questions I had , I would highly recommend this company.

Callum Wayling has dealt very quickly and proffesionally with my re financing from a bridging loan. The titles of both properties were not registered as new auction purchases, so this caused a little delay otherwise this would of been the quickest and easiest transaction i have dealt with. After purchasing our first home, we are extremely impressed with the service received from your conveyancer. We cannot fault Claudia, who handled our case. Awful experience.
From the start of the process communication was non existent. There was no 'hello' email, just automated emails asking for a questionnaire to be filled in, these emails actually looked like spam.
This was my first remortgage so I tried to call my point of contact numerous times, I left numerous voicemails and emailed to ask her to call, she never had the decency to return a single call.
There seemed to be very little urgency from them to make any progress, I asked numerous times over email if we would still make the planned completion date, which they insisted we would, up to two days before the completions date when they then said we would not make the completion date.
We ended up completing 20 days late, this resulted in me incurring almost £300 in extra interest. When I questioned why this delay had occurred. They tried to blame it on Royal Mail, which it quite clearly was not. I asked for the interest payments to be covered by the company as it was a result of their incompetence. They initially refused as they again blamed it on Royal Mail.
My only positive experience was once the complain was referred to the customer service manager. She called me and apologised for the issues experienced. She promised she would look into it and if the delay was due to them she would cover the interest payments. Within a couple of days she had emailed me to say it was their fault and the money would be refunded, which it was later that day.
