Less arrogance, more class and respect
I go back a long time as a client of Y Salon in Windsor. I went there yesterday to exchange a product I had bought from them.
When I asked one of the owners, if the products in that brand were good (i.e. for my hair type) he rudely replied “No, they are s...t. That’s why we have them!” He then walked off – leaving me standing there until another staff member stepped in.
No-one, let alone a client of a very expensive hair salon, needs to experience this ignorant, disrespectful behaviour - particularly from one of the owners.
Y Salon focuses more on promoting themselves than on dignified customer service. I won’t go back, will not recommend them, and in future will buy my hair products online.
