I tried contacting 24/7 support but they call via WhatsApp at 3am. They are not interested in resolving the issue at all. I sent a complaint via email but it’s been more than a week and they are not even replying - just raising tickets. Very bad service. Just placing Aussie ads repeatedly and cutting off programmes.when they first introduced there was a helpline number in Australia. Now it’s via WhatsApp to an USA number.

Since June 25, I've contacted YuppTV by email and WhatsApp almost daily with no resolution. I pay for an annual subscription, but the service doesn't work. Every day I'm asked for the same details and told my issue has been "escalated," yet nothing is fixed. I've requested a refund so I can switch to a provider that actually provides a service. Extremely poor customer support.

Deducted the amount from my card automatically without asking my consent. even though it was only 2 euros, i see it as a significant breach of my privacy and security.

YuppTV is running a systematic billing trap and ghosting customers.I cancelled my subscription mid-June and was told my service would end on June 30th. Instead, YuppTV unauthorized-charged my card $35 USD after the cancellation date. When I caught the error and demanded my money back, they only issued a partial refund of $29 USD, intentionally withholding the remaining $6.Their claim of "24/7 support" is completely fraudulent. I have tried calling their US customer support number at 9 PM, midnight, and 6 AM, and every single time you are met with an automated recording stating "everyone is busy" before the system cuts you off. They have completely ignored my WhatsApp customer service messages for over 10 hours. I suspect they have now blocked my phone number entirely to avoid resolving this dispute.Keeping $6 from thousands of cancelling users is an illegal, deceptive business practice to skim money.
Worst tv streaming service. Dont have cancelation option through your profile. They want to contact them for cancellation. Charge ridiculous amount.
Even after cancellation and deletion of account they are sending emails for next month payment cycle and charged my card.
Poor customer service. Poor interface.
When asked for refund. They didnot refund full amount. Did not give clear information on why full amount was not refunded.

One of the waste service.. always glitching and catchup will not work..customer service not at all response and once in a while that too mid night they will respond and that time if I didn’t reply they will close the issue, that is their trick to not solve the issues.. Iam highly recommend pls don’t go to this yupp tv services.

Since march YuppTv hadn’t put right the program as we in UK ARE AT BRITISH SUMMER TIME now and their broadcast is in EUROPEAN TIMING.
YuppTV claim they are the biggest internet providers for the South Asia in the world What is the point being big when you cannot rectify the problems since March I have so many times complained and also on their Whatsup website and customer support services and the answer I get is one of our technician will get to me within 24hours. Since March I haven’t received any response.
THE CEO MR. REDDY does not want to help but hoodwinked his customers. He only wants to make money. I have a contract ongoing for more than 7years and this is how they treat their customers. Mr. REDDY stop sugar coating to your customers through TRUST PILOT because you have lost my support

I don’t even want to give this one star rating.. They don’t deserve any star. They provide a disgusting service. They will only call you when they need the money, to renew subscription, but when you have a problem with their service you are left hanging. Please do not join YuppTV or renew your subscription with them. Other providers are so much better and hassle free. I’ve had an issue for over a week now and have emailed them, WhatsApping them almost everyday but no proper response. If you WhatsApp them they will reply like 12 hours later and if you don’t reply within a certain time frame you need to start all over again… if you email them, you will get an acknowledgment saying someone will get back to you in 24 hours but nothing ever happens. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY. You will definitely get a problem and when you do, they will not be of any help. People sitting on the other side are useless. They don’t know what they are doing either.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
My elderly parents, who live an hour away from me, asked for help because their YuppTV app would not load. I spent over an hour troubleshooting—verifying their internet connection, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, and following all recommended steps on their Fire TV.
After exhausting these options, I contacted YuppTV customer support. Unfortunately, the agent was dismissive and unwilling to listen. I was told to record videos and communicate via WhatsApp, which I did promptly. It then took nearly 50 minutes for someone to respond, only to ask a basic question: whether I was in front of the TV.
By that point, I had to leave due to the time already spent. I explained everything I had tried and asked for clear, step-by-step guidance since my husband—who usually handles these technical issues—was out of town. Instead of offering support, I received the following response:
“For further troubleshooting, more technical knowledge is needed at the user end. Please contact us when your husband, who is techy, is available.”
This response was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional and dismissive. I made it clear that I had already:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- Recorded and shared troubleshooting videos
- Followed detailed steps within Fire TV settings, including clearing cache, clearing data, and force stopping the app
Despite my efforts, I had to repeatedly ask for next steps before the agent finally provided any meaningful guidance.
Now, I will need to return next weekend and start this entire process over again.
YuppTV, this level of customer service is unacceptable. You need to hire representatives who are willing to assist customers respectfully and competently, regardless of their of their technical background.

If you have any questions regarding debits made with your Visa card or the conclusion of a new subscription contract, please contact us immediately by phone. They'll even call you a few times until you've subscribed. But if you've finished that and then have a problem with the TV and try to reach someone, you'll be left godless.It's made difficult for customers to delete their old accounts; instead, they have to contact them via email, and nobody ever replies anyway. They're all rolling in dough, I guess.

An absolute dishonest fraudulent payment set-up. The 1st screen showing subscribe to a sport event which has already ended this year's season. And mistakenly if you click that it auto-deducts payment with no verification asked. Ridiculous. N no customer service to complain to.

Avoid YUPPTV if you value transparent billing and customer-friendly service. The company does not provide a simple self-service cancellation option, making it unnecessarily difficult to end a subscription. This creates a frustrating experience and increases the risk of customers continuing to be charged simply because canceling is inconvenient. In 2026, there is no excuse for making customers jump through hoops to stop a subscription. I would not recommend this service to anyone until they provide a straightforward way to cancel online.

I have been following up on one of the issues where my subscribed channels are not working. And there is no response from YuppTV, either on their WhatsApp support channel or ticket raised with them in the support centre. We are customers for YuppTV since last 8 years and so far, experience was good. However last 1 year, their responses are very poor and they don't care.

I am looking to talk to someone from customer support at YuppTv, a lot of the shows are mislabelled and so it's hard to watch what you want to without sifting through all the shows.

Terrible experience with YuppTV for IPL. The app has a confusing, outdated interface, unreliable streaming with frequent buffering, and lacks basic features like pre-match shows and toss coverage. Worst Streaming Experience Ever
Absolutely pathetic app. I subscribed to YuppTV for IPL, and it completely failed in every aspect.
The user interface is terrible – outdated, cluttered, and very confusing. Finding live matches or channels is frustrating and time-consuming. It feels like the app is not designed for users at all.
For a PAID service, it’s shocking that there is no proper pre-match show, no toss coverage, and no match buildup. These are basic features for cricket fans, and their absence ruins the entire experience.
The streaming quality is unreliable – frequent buffering, lag, delays, and random glitches even with a good internet connection. Sometimes the “live” match is not even actually live.
Customer support is useless – no proper response, no solutions, just automated replies or being ignored completely.
Also, the platform feels misleading and not worth the money – unclear subscriptions, missing content after payment, and overall poor service quality.
Final verdict: This app fails in UI, streaming, features, and support. Completely unacceptable for IPL streaming.
Total waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Yesterday I subscribed to TATA IPL 2026 and paid the amount. And today Yupptv website is asking me to make the payment again for a subscription. This situation is ridiculous. Today I sent an e-mail asking them to refund my subscription amount that I paid yesterday.

I would give this 0 stars if that were an option. After not using the service for a few months due to a busy schedule, I decided to cancel my subscription but there was no clear option to do so either in the app or online. I had to contact customer support, and the process took 30–35 minutes. The representative, prolonged the process unnecessarily, which was extremely frustrating. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
