The information on what I needed to do was Straight forward

The forms were easy to fill in one's information. However it was not clear that there would be an additional fee to be paid of £92 to the Office of the Public Guardian upon completion which was a shock and should have been made clear initially by Zenco.

Easy to follow website. I actually printed forms off in the beginning then realised it'd be easier to do online well it was for me

I now have to pay public guardian fees on top of paying Zeno, which I was not aware of when I applied for POA, I have just complained to them regarding this and I now have received a msg from the guy I have just spoken to offering help to fill out the forms , three months too late !!

I had to complete a Lasting Power of Attorney for a parent with Alzheimers. I was quoted several thousand pounds and a wait of up to 1 year from 2 local solicitors. Zenco sent the paperwork for completion within 72 hours of receiving the request. Processed the responses within another 72 hours and submitted the formal request to OPG (Office of the Public Guardian).

Received the documents well within the specified 12-week time period and at a fraction of the local solicitors' fees. I believe I will speak to them about any other legal work I need carried out in the future. Absolutely excellent - thank you.

Well set up website with easy to follow instructions. Providing one takes care and understands what one requires then it’s relatively easy to generate the documentation you need. My advice is to set out your requirements beforehand, check the details you enter on each page before moving onto the next page.
Overall with a bit of diligence this is a really easy process to follow.
