Value of service that’s been paid for.
After contacting Zenco about not receiving documents they reacted quickly and solved the problem swiftly. This was after I received an email telling me I should have received my documents by now and if I hadn’t to contact them. I phoned and was told this had never happened before and that they will send the documents again and that it will be another 7 working days that afternoon the documents arrived. Why such important documents are not sent by registered post I don’t know. Considering I am paying for the full package I find this ridiculous.

It’s simple to complete the application…
It’s simple to complete the application forms online. The forms are then sent out to you with post-it stickers and explanatory notes as to who, and where needs to sign so no mistakes are made. Telephone back-up is there if you need it with a friendly voice to help. Super easy.

I initially went with Zenco for Power of Attorney. Having paid their fee, changed my mind and asked for a refund. Expecting problems with this request, I was extremely pleased this was agreed in the most friendly manner. Obviously a good, reliable firm ensuring satisfaction for their customers.
