Being an adult learner is hard work... however, Xenon were amazing in providing constant support and feedback. The study material aligns well with the webinars / eLearnings on each section. The webinars / eLearnings are very detailed and provide more than enough information to complete the assignments. Assignments are marked quickly which is great. On the occasions when I had questions, my tutor was very quick and prompt to respond which is great. My overall experience was fabulous - would I study again through Xenon, 100% yes!! Thank you to everyone in the team who helped me get my qualification 😊

I’m proud to have completed my IWFM Level 4 Diploma with The Xenon Group. The course provided a solid and practical foundation in facilities management, with valuable insights into compliance, leadership, procurement and sustainability, all highly relevant to my role at Imperial College London and my progression towards project management.

Joined Xenon for the IWFM L4 Qual-in-a week course. Course construction, delivery and tuition was simply fantastic. Big thanks to Karen Farnan and Sue Morris for all support, effort they provided. I 100% recommend the course and will be joining to Xenon for further IWFM qualifications.

I recently completed a level 4 award in IWFM face to face qualify in a week course. Absolutely enjoyed the teaching methods Karen used, and the Jenga game was a nice touch towards the end of the week which made sure we took in all the information we had discussed throughout the week. The teaching, venue and food was all great. I highly recommend this course.

I recently completed my IWFM level 5 with Xenon and I must say it exceeded my expectations in both content and support. The curriculum was incredibly comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics in depth, which allowed for a thorough understanding of the subject matter.

What truly stood out to me was the level of support provided by the tutors (Sue, Naomi and Chris). They were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in the success of their students. I have been a student of Xenon for 4 years while working in London and then outside the UK. Sue and the entire team have always taken care to monitor my deadlines, remind me not to neglect rehearsals, and respond to any questions or help I requested. I can't think of a better institution to train in Facilities than Xenon. A hug to all that team that is, and works, like a family.

In this 'modernising world' of further ICT tools, part home working and any-hours working, training has to remain live (not just 'canned') and assembling informed professionals who also want to learn more. Xenon Group's IWFM accredited courses can provide the right training environment.
There's more than one training option, so take time to discuss and find the best one for you. You'll have to 'work' but by integrating training with your current work, the increased understanding and other rewards will probably make aspects of work (and ongoing training) more rewarding. I don't need to say more about this training provider; it's history should should give you the confident start you want.

Its been great to have finished all work for Level 6, having originally started at a much lower level..
I recommend you 'go for it'.

The subject content is very hard going but the materials and webinar recordings split the units into bitesize manageable pieces. My assessor was support and informative. If I choose to further my learning I will use Xenon again.

The modules were relevant and the information provided was informative. The feedback provided by Xenon Group was timely and hugely supportive. Cannot recommend them enough for anyone considering to undertake an IWFM course.

Learning through Xenon was an enjoyable and effortless experience. The entire team were supportive and available whenever I needed advice or guidance. They were really good at keeping you focussed without nagging and pressurising you. I would highly recommend Xenon to anyone wishing to do a professional qualification whilst also working full time.
