I had great support from the team to help me through my extended diploma, the team at Xenon were easy to contact, very attentive and always helpful.
All courses were effectively booked and pre/post communications were clear and timely; would fully recommend Xenon for anyone looking to develop their career through training.

Xenon Group are a great company to get you through your IWFM studies. I recently completed my IWFM Level 3 Diploma and doing it with Xenon was extremely helpful with their extensive knowledge and ability to guide people.

I completed my Level 5 Certificate last year and moved onto the Level 6 Award, which I have recently completed. The webinars are great, and combined with the excellent support you get from your tutor and the course materials and additional resources, they really do give you everything you need to be able to achieve!

Distance learning with Xenon enabled me to study at my own pace and fit it in around my current commitments. Sue my tutor was very supportive an always ready to help and give guidance. I found the webinars especially helpful. I would heartly recommend this team for your FM training needs.

I used the distance learning method. Xenon's online academy page has so many useful tools that have helped massively.

Sue has been an amazing assessor; her feedback is very helpful and straight to the point which was very useful.

I undertook the qualify in a week level 4 award and found Xenon's delivery of the in person course to be very good. So, when undertaking the diploma they were the obvious choice, all be it this time it was delivered via distance learning.
The website and material are very good and easy to use. The tutors are quick to respond and offer good advice and support.
If you are motivated and are currently working in, or looking to get into the facilities management industry then this course will develop your skills and give you a real understand of the depth that the industry covers.
If I am to undertake a level 5 then it will most certainly be with Xenon.

Level six certificate passed (remote learning) but I wouldn’t have achieved it without the assistance and encouragement of my tutor and the course materials were really helpful. Portal was really easy to use and I would recommend Xenon to all looking to further their career’s within FM.
