Very disappointed with my experience with Xpres.
I'm self-employed and run a small business on very tight margins. When placing a recent order, an item that had been left in my basket from a previous visit was still there when I completed checkout, and I accidentally purchased it.
I contacted customer service the very next day to arrange a return, expecting it wouldn't be an issue given how quickly I got in touch. Instead, I was told I would have to pay both the return postage and a 20% restocking fee.
Despite speaking to customer service twice and explaining that this was a genuine mistake, there was no flexibility or goodwill shown. I appreciate that businesses have return policies, but charging a customer a substantial fee for an item they tried to return immediately after ordering feels unreasonable.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed with both the company's customer service and its approach to supporting loyal business customers.

Paul Addy was amazing getting us set up! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly, as well as reassuring us of any concern we might have had about the process.

Installation went quickly and efficiently with no issues and the guys doing the job were extremely friendly and also answered any questions we had during the Installation process.

We would recommend Solar Express and Addy in particular for getting Solar Panels!

We're experimenting in producing marketing goods using sublimation printing. After some research we ordered a press and some printing supplies in our first order from Xpres. Something went wrong with their despatch labelling and the street number was not printed on the shipping label. Our street is about 400 metres long with over 100 houses. Fortunately the DPD driver recognised my name and delivered 2 of 3 parcels, so initially we thought the third parcel was missing with DPD. The third parcel turned up some time later with another courier (it was heavy and contained the press). Confusingly the courier status messages referred to "Charterhouse" as the vendor. The Xpres customer services were friendly and helpful when we contacted them.
So all the ordered goods arrived eventually, but the Xpres despatch process needs some improvement in respect of multi-parcel consignments. The quality of goods supplied meets our expectations.

I contacted a few suppliers and this was the only company that were willing to send me out a couple of sample mugs. The mugs and the customer service were great and have just placed a larger order.

Been our supplier for years for blanks and vinyl. Never any problem ordering.
