They are a good company but certainly need to mend their ways.
I had placed an order for projection headlights for my Chevy Colorado. It took them over 10 days to dispatch my order. I had to email them to make sure that my order had been processed. Annoying as it is, my order had, in fact, been processed, but was not sent out. I called their customer service to ask about the delay and to check for any updates on the status of my order. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, their executive explained to me that the company was out of stock due to a very high demand of the product. He then assured me that my products will be delivered within the next two days. From my understanding, there was some kind of a problem from the manufacturer in filling that order. If the product is not available, I expect that to be mentioned right on the website. Also, if they were aware of the problem when I ordered, they should have called me instead of keeping me in the waiting list without even informing me. That was super annoying! Thankfully, their products are pretty good.
