Before placing an order I had many questions on sizing and so on, always a prompt reply and kept informed all the way through the process. After order was placed again plenty of updates on delivery and so on.

Polo shirts are lovely material and great sizing also a great design and modern looking!

The delivery time after ordering is quite significant with no correspondence as to when the delivery date will be.

Affordable and efficient

Unbelievably bad! And I haven't even ordered anything from them!

I run a cycling team, so wanted to get team wear for the season.
After seeing their clothing in another arena, I wanted to get the stuff from them, so started the process of ordering in Mid February. It's close to the end of June now, and I'm still no further forward. My last email I asked for dimensions for tops etc! 3 weeks later and they still haven't replied.

It's a shame they are so bad at replying to customers/potential customers, because the do produce good clothing items, but now they're actively loosing business because of just how bad they are replying to people. I know from the other sport team I am involved with, the level of customer service doesn't seem to be a one off occurance.

If you're still looking to use XX20 by all means do, like I've said above, they do make good team wear, but make sure you order a year, if not 2 years in advance because you'll be left with no team wear (and in the case of the other team I'm involved with. Many folk left angry they've paid for items, and now, at the mid point of the season nothing to show for it!)!

To the owners/directors/managers at XX20, do something about the customer service side of your business, its letting you down. There are so many ways you can automate the process easily, and have your potential, realised!

Waited months for items to arrive. Still waiting on part of the order.

I have only on one other occasion left a bad review as don't like too but felt this occasion also warrants it as the company are avoiding several of us who have ordered items.

Prior to placing an order, I had emailed for more information on one of the items, I had to chase several times before receiving a response, although slightly frustrating, it was fine as it was the start of a new season and assumed they were busy therefore fair enough.

I placed and paid for my order in March, one item was available, and the other was on pre order. I had expected to receive the stock item pretty soon after but had to chase this up on several occasions, several calls went unanswered before eventually making contact. I was advised there was a delay with the manufacturer... queried this as they had it in stock at time of ordering - within the week received the in stock item (4 weeks after ordering), thankfully just in time for the event it was needed for.

Three weeks ago I received notification that the 2nd item had been dispatched.... no tracking info despite the email advising it was attached. Despite several emails, phone call, text messages - no response from XX20 Sports. Eventually made contact via a withheld number last week to be told 'I also have a full-time job as well you know' and she going to get her dad to check this and call me back - no response and again now not answering phone calls, emails or text messages and still no parcel received. I appreciate she has a full-time job as well as running a business, but there should be measures in place to ensure this is adequately run..... without being harsh, her other job should not impact or be of any concern to her customers.

There are a number of us having the same issue and we are unfortunately at the moment unable to order this kit from another source. Thankfully the first event was glorious sunshine, and the jacket was not needed, I am praying this will be here before the next event in a couple of weeks.

I understand in business there can be hold ups, however this has been 7 weeks now and blatant ignorance of responding is an absolutely shocking way to run a business and her attitude that I was putting her out when I phoned whilst working at her full-time job was unprofessional.

Very disappointed in their customer service (unfortunately unable to give any less than the 1 score) and have also complained to our organisation whom have a current contract with XX20 Sports.
