The product is exemplary and was well received. The process of acquiring one can be cumbersome depending on where it's being ordered from but that's a function of government regulations not YOL. Quality and WOW factor outweigh any government hairballs.

My fountain pen and ballpoint were sent for minor repair and I was advised it may take up to eight weeks. They were back in three weeks in wonderful condition just like new when bought in the early 1990s. Well worth the cost. Those pens were used every day of my working life until retirement and or have them back in pristine condition was just great.

I have owned my Silver Yard o Led for 62 years and this was the first time it had been returned to the factory as it needed a good service and clean.
It has been returned totally transformed and looking like new and will now see me out and probably my son as well !

Very speedy repair to pencil, albeit very expensive!

I recently bought a Yard O Led Grand Pinstripe 72, which is a wonderful Fountain Pen. It comes in a nice blue hard case, but I wanted the leather pouch as well. I contacted Yard O Led via their Facebook page and they quickly confirmed that their Pen Sleeve (Maroon) would be suitable for this pen, which indeed it is. I am happy with it. I love the traditional craftsmanship and heritage behind this company.
I also own the Diplomat Ball Point pen.
