Great choice of products, recycled materials, too. Went for the Kiln 22Litre. Quality seems to be first class as it poured during first outing and not a drop inside. Clever hood design over top zip. Nice arrangement of compartments and size just what I wanted. Delivery was quick.

Outstanding service by seller and courier at an unbelievable price. My Tricker’s Bourtons in Caramel Kudu arrived in record time. Cannot be happier, the Bourtons have always been among my grail shoes/boots. I am glad I was finally able to get them in this incredible leather and Ridgeway sole. I was nervous about the sizing but fit is perfect, just follow Tricker’s guide in relation to you Brannock measure.

Came across this company during the Black Friday sales week. I’d missed out on an item from another company and Yard Store were selling it at the same discounted price. Evething worked perfectly so would be happy to use this company again.

The pair of trainers delivered were two different sizes. The sales people were very lovely in trying to rectify the problem but instead of sending out the correct size trainers ASAP, the company wanted the incorrectly sized trainers be sent back to them before sending out the correct sized trainers. I waited 2-3 weeks in total to receive the trainers. There were numerous phone calls and emails sent. The fault was with the company and I would have expected them to be more helpful in getting the correct items to me.

I ordered my item on the 14th October and finally received it on the 29th October. That is 15 days and not the misleading 8 days you claimed.

Great place to buy from fantastic delivery time

I ordered a pair of shoes in October, didn’t receive them (they were left outside in my front garden) and Yards Store are saying they won’t send a replacement or refund me as they were “safely delivered”. UPDATE: I never instructed Royal Mail at any point to leave in a safe place and Yards Store as of yet haven’t been able to demonstrate any evidence of me doing so. Customers beware of this when ordering through Yards Store.

I found the web site easy to navigate from searching through to completing the purchasing process. Delivery was very fast and well packaged.

Ordered a bargain Sandqvist Sacoche on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday. I was a bit dubious as it's pretty much half-price but it's a new, sealed item and is exactly as described.

I'll definitely be checking Yard Store before buying elsewhere in the future.

Bought some Novesta pumps in my usual size 45, but they were a little small. The exchange process for a size 46 was seamless & I’m very happy with my Novesta pumps which fit perfectly.
