I have a pack of six dogs and years is not geared up to provide a good service to a large pack.

My first order arrived with two boxes of food missing. This was rectified and a further two boxes arrived. When the boxes arrived they were not labelled leaving me to guess who’s food was who’s.

After four weeks two of my dogs ran out of food only to find that they had put two of my pack on a four week plan not an eight week plan and charged me another £175. This order turned up wrong with one of the packs food missing and another dogs food was given. They told me this was a printing error.

I pointed out to them that one of my dogs food was too little and this was confirmed when the wrong dogs food turned up who were two kgs lighter than the dog who needed the food but had the same amount of food in it. My dog that had the incorrect amount lost 400g in a month.

So even though I was paying close to £1k every eight weeks they still couldn’t get the orders right! I lost patience and cancelled my second order. The sad part about it is that my dogs love the food but they are certainly not geared up to deal with multiple pack members and their mistakes cost them dearly.

The packaging is cumbersome and difficult to open. The portion sizes are small and I had to add more kibble than I should have. Even though I have six dogs only two ‘covers’ were sent for opened packs which left four dog cartons with no cover in the fridge.

Customer service have tried their best but there is a clear pattern of miscommunication between customer service and supply. I literally had to message them after every order with problems.

I would loved to keep my dogs on this food as they loved it but with the problems with getting the orders right I had no option than to cancel a very expensive and big order. If you have more than two dogs I really wouldn’t bother. The company has a long way to go to being competent and stress free.

We have a really fussy dog who used to leave her food untouched and since we transferred her to years she licks the bowl clean every time! We also have a very elderly dachshund who looks so healthy and happy since being on years too. Would definitely recommend to people with fussy dogs!

My whippet has been thriving on this food. There has been some usual package issues but the customer service is always so prompt to respond. Very pleased with the food and how they deal with their customers. Which is so important as they actually take care of our fur-babies health.

We've been using Years for part of Bos diet for about a year now. She LOVES the food & it is amazing quality, also perfect thay you can store it in the cupboard 🙌 Chefs specials are a particular hit for a treat from time to time, we would recommend

Peggy has been eating Years for the past two months and the difference is already so noticeable. She’s keen for every meal, clears her bowl every time and has the fuel she needs to live a happy, healthy lifestyle. Her coat is softer and shinier and we can see how healthy she is on the outside by what comes out - easy to pick up and a good size. We can’t fault Years!

I have a fussy, spoilt and sassy chihuahua. He’s turned his snoot up to most meals but he absolutely loves years. The deliveries arrive on time and the food is always fresh. The chefs collection is always such a lovely treat and change from his usual yummy meals.

The best dog food and company around! I’ve been with years for years.. it’s a great way to make sure we’re comfortable that everything that’s going into my dogga will keep him strong and healthy. The chef collection is an amazing addition too

Fantastic food ,great choice easily portioned ,dog loves it and is very well on the food also they do fantastic treats and offers .Would highly recommend .

Not been with Years for too long, as I’m currently transitioning my dog from different dog to Years, but just wanted to leave this review because the customer service team have helped me no end, answering all my questions and being so helpful. Luna loves the food and it was packaged well and with that premium feel. I’m so excited for my dog to thrive with Years

My dogs thrive on this food. I want to give them the best life and Years helps me to do that. All the meals, treats and of course the Chefs specials! Only thing I don’t buy is the Poo bags - lavender 🤢

We have used Years twice now.. and love the fact that you can have decent fresh food, without the need to have freezer space available..

When we had our old Husky, he loved his Years food.. and always ate it all..

So, we decided that when we got our new pups, we'd try another food BUT very quickly had issues with freezer space.. and knew we would be better just going back to Years..

How right we were.. no issues with storage space and two Miniature Dachshunds that love meal times.. especially, on tray days!

No quibble on price when you see how good their coats are and how well they look..

Worth every penny!

Really like the food for my dog although she can still be a bit fussy with it. Love the treats as well

I have a very fussy maltipoo who I have struggled with food wise, but she has been on Years now for weel over a year, maybe even 2 yrs. I love knowing she is getting proper food that she enjoys.
If I have ever had an issue or question it is easily answered via the whats app.
I wouldnt want to change anytime soon

Great company. Always keen to receive feedback from their customers. Easy to contact them and they respond quickly. The food is high quality and my very fussy CKCS loves it. They also sell extras like treats, dental powders and lick mats. They have started to do 'specials', we have had Christmas hampers, valentines treats and doggy Easter eggs.

My cockapoos been on years food for well over a year now and is loving it. His food gets delivered every 8 weeks which is convenient for our busy household

We have changed to Years.com as the food looks so much more appealing and our dogs luv it! Never had a turned up face yet ..... and one is very fussy.

I've been feeding my dog this food for over 2 and I always get comments on his good body condition and glossy, soft coat.
The team at Years is very responsive to queries and quick to resolve to any issues - of which I've only had a couple minor things.
Yes, it's a bit more expensive than some other foods, but I like the ingredients and the care taken in its production. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant company, love how the food is tailored for my dog and he has a good variety of meals to choose from. Since we started feeding him years his skin and coat is so shiny and healthy and he has no tummy issues.
