This website saved my gut and ultimately my health. I was diagnosed with candida. For 8 long years I took all the advice my physician gave me, including a $1200 anti fungal prescription. Nothing helped. At my wits end, I found this site and began to read and understand the science behind the yeast cell. In order to rid the body of the yeast you must first break thru the biofilm of the yeast cell. A chemical reaction that anti fungals do not offer.
