The Yellow Zebra representative planned our whole trip based on what was important to us to see and experience. We didn’t know much about Africa and he planned an ambitious schedule that included everything and more that we wanted to see and do. We moved around a lot and there was someone to greet us and usher us through the airports at every step. Every day we heard from a person actually on the ground about what was upcoming and what our schedule would be. They even alerted us about plane delays.

I booked very late but Yellow Zebra Safaris managed to get me in to all the camps I wanted. The information received was very thorough and everything went very smoothly with no hitches at all. As for the wildlife,it was amazing. It won't be the last trip.

We have not had the trip yet so I can only comment on the booking experience, which was fab, rather than the trip itself. Very helpful, great advice, and would not hesitate to work with again. So far so good!

We had the best trip ever last year, booked with Yellow Zebra, to Rwanda to see the gorillas and then on to Zanzibar. Well, at least I thought it was the best trip ever until our second trip we booked with Yellow Zebra! I think it might have been even more amazing. We have just returned from an epic adventure - from Arusha, up to the top of Kiliminjaro, then on safari staying at Manyara Green Eco Camp and then finally to the crater and coffee plantation of Gibbs Farm. Every single aspect of our trip was meticulously organised by Olivia and her colleagues both in the UK and on the ground in Tazmania. The attention to detail was so impressive and we were made to feel very special throughout our stay. Loved it! Can't wait for trip number 3.

Yellow Zebra Safari helped us create an unforgettable adventure for our first safari in Tanzania and Zanzibar. From the start, Lauren was helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and creating an itinerary perfectly suited to us.

Everything was thoughtfully planned, from the incredible lodges and tented camps to the transfers and safari experiences. Having the Guest Experience Liaison (GEL) team was especially comforting as first-time safari travelers. They kept us informed before each location change and made sure everything went smoothly, giving us peace of mind so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Our guides, Chedi and Kassim, were knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about Tanzania and its wildlife. Every day brought something new and exciting. A particular highlight was Nomad Serengeti Mobile Camp, where the warm hospitality and genuine care of the entire team made our stay especially memorable. The intimate, authentic setting was a wonderful part of our safari experience.

Zanzibar was the perfect complement to our adventure. Matlai Boutique Hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Our butlers, Tito and Hasshim, provided wonderful personalized hospitality, and the food was exceptional. One of our favorite memories was a romantic dinner beautifully set up on the beach—the setting, attention to detail, and delicious food made it truly magical.

The combination of an incredible safari and relaxing time in Zanzibar made this trip truly special. We are so grateful to Yellow Zebra Safari for creating such a seamless and memorable journey. It was our first safari, but certainly an experience we will never forget.

Oh my gosh - trip of a lifetime!! It's hard to find words to express how beyond expectations this adventure was. My son researched several boutique agencies and settled, thank goodness, on YZ and Eleanor; she designed the perfect trip! Except for one day, we were the only two in our vehicle, so could do whatever we wanted and had the full attention of our guides and trackers. We were on private concessions and hardly ever saw another vehicle. It also allowed me to spend a LOT of time with the meerkats, which was a major reason for the trip! 😊 I also wanted to see as many different animals as we could - mission accomplished. The landscape, food, accommodations, staff, logistics were outstanding! I've wanted to go on a safari for probably 40 years; thank you YZ and Eleanor for giving me a spectacular experience!

From start to finish yellow zebra made our experience a 5 star one. Jecca worked with us to find the exact perfect locations for each of our Safaris booked all our airfare which we had like eleven flights made sure we were greeted with a smile at every airport. So professional kept in touch informed made suggestions we were extremely happy with all the properties we stayed on 5 star all the way We love that we had a Whatsapp to communicate in case we could not find our connecting concierge The only thing I would suggest is possibly including visa preparation as part of the services that you offer it was a little complicated for Uganda and Kenya I did manage to get through it but the price that they were going to charge for it was very extreme would have been nice just not have to worry about anything Overall we were extremely happy and would definitely deal with yellow zebra again so glad I found them

Booking with Sam was very easy. Great listener who designed a custom plan for our families needs. True professional, never rushed or pressured us. revised plan several times and gave us his honest opinions. Excited to take the trip - planning was easy with Yellow Zebra. I could tell this is a professional team with loads of on the ground experience.

This was our first trip to Africa and our first safari experience. Yellow Zebra did an excellent job getting us prepped for the trip - everything from thinking about vaccines to what camera lens to bring and clothes to pack. The trip itself was incredible. All of the logistics were flawless, every place we stayed was wonderful and somehow each bush camp was slightly more luxurious than the prior camp. We found out later that was intentional and a welcomed surprise for our group. Our safari guides were friendly and knowledgeable about everything from the big animals to the small birds - which was important to the birder in our group. Last but not least - the game drives and the animal experiences we had gave us memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend Yellow Zebra to help you plan your trip!
