My toddler loves this lunchbox, she loves the colours and we love the compartments and the thermos for keeping her lunch nice & warm. Best price around and speedy delivery. Very happy with this purchase.

Lots of lovely things for little ones and good price
I bought a goose teddy for my toddler who adores geese. The teddy’s quality is excellent, the price was very good and we received it pretty quickly after ordering. There are a lof of things on the website so we will definitely buy toys on it again!

Please avoid if you don't want to loose your money and have stress free shopping
It's been over a week and I still have no information where is my missing item! Customer service is just appalling, for over a week I have had the same copy/paste useless and disrespectful response from 2 of their advisors! I regret placing order with this scam company but luckily my missing item was just 5£ worth

We take real complaints very seriously and we hope to resolve this with you. You first contacted earlier this week and our CS team have been nothing but polite, trying to ask if there was damage and asked you to keep packaging. We have CCTV in place to solve any mysteries like this, and as suspected, the card was in the box. Yoto cards are very small and can easily be missed when unpacking parcels. We take this feedback seriously and will be working on ways to avoid customers accidentally throwing them away.
Lovely products which arrived promptly…
Lovely products which arrived promptly just before Christmas. I bought a BigJigs item which broke and customer service have been helpful in trying to resolve the issue.
