Poor Returns Process
I bought an item that was pictured incorrectly and came in a different color. Was dismayed that I had to pay to ship the item back when it was not the item photographed.

You chose the return option "Return with a Postal Service of Your Choice" instead of the "Send Back with Return Label / Free" option, which is available to customers who have received an incorrect/damaged item. Based on the information given via the Return Portal and your two emails, I'm afraid that we weren't aware that you meant you had received a completely wrong item rather than the colourway just not being as expected, as it's not unusual for real life vs. screen images to vary slightly sometimes. We would have been more than happy to help with the return had we know this was the case, and we invite you to reach out to us as we would like to help to make this right. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Katie x

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Have contacted yesbebe but they aren't willing to either resend parcel or refund until they have sorted there claim with royal mail. Contact was made almost 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.

Hi Naomi, I cannot apologise enough that you received the impression that we aren't willing to help, and I can't see that you've requested for it to be reshipped in your communications as we would have discussed this with you.
In any instance where there is a delivery problem, we are required to perform investigations with the courier involved, and this is the case for all of our customers.
In my last message to you on Wednesday morning (5 days ago), I said that "we can move forwards towards your preferred resolution" but I can see that we received no reply in regards to how you wish for us to resolve this for you. I was going to follow up with you tomorrow morning if you didn't reach out to us over the weekend, but if you could please email us or reply my last message, that would be very much appreciated so we can help to resolve this for you.
I'm very sorry again that you were under the impression that we don't want to help you, this is far from the truth as we hate to see such disappointment.
