We had an amazing time!!!! Our trip timeframe for Hawaii was 12 - 18 July. Pita was amazing!!! Every event we attended was such a memorable experience. Thanks so much for the experience.

Tammy Lupman is great to work with
Tammy Lupman is great to work with. She has helped us before and we are happy to be able to work with her again. Not crazy about the folks offering flight suggestions. I realize they may be trying to save us money, but they offered me a flight out of LAX to PHL leaving as 12:40 a.m. in the mooning with a layover in Houston. I am a 74 year old woman traveling alone. Really. I also had to send them the AA flight I wanted out of PHL because they couldn't find it. I think they need a little more training.

Great staff
Enjoyed being called by Miriam about this trip. So glad she helped us in choosing the Albuquerque balloon festival trip for this Oct 2026. Also Erin was very helpful in reviewing paperwork.

A very pleasant experience
Sophia worked patiently with us to find the exact trip we had in mind. We talked several times, getting the details just right. I'm convinced she got us the best possible price, and there was never any pressure.

Sophia, my first time having her as a consultant, was super friendly, helpful, good listener and made the booking of my next tour comfortable.
In the past I had Cindy, I just found out she retired, so Sophia took care of me.
YMT has a wonderful staff that I rely on for all the tours I take.
