I purchased TBC before Christmas and am over the moon. It was a simple one off payment and the link meant that I could get started without delay. I had to wait for the hard copy and the band for between 5-10 days but that didn’t stop me. I started this properly over a week ago and am seeing results already. I love the support group as everyone is positive and willing to offer open and honest advice. Had no problems with customer service so I cannot comment on that. IMO Zoe seems to be a hard working individual with great values. I would recommend this programme. Just thinking about buying the TCC as well. Maybe another discount voucher will help me decide?

BUYER BEWARE!
This company has zero integrity!! They shipped my order two days after I cancelled it. I now how to wait however long it will take to receive in Australia from the US only to return it at my expense!! All the while they get to keep my money! The Clickbank “contact” function is not manned and yet they sell to international customers. Their customer service reps via messenger and email when they do finally answer you drip of sickly “namaste” and “have a fabulous day, I’m here to help” while making it quite clear they intend to do nothing. The thing I’m most angry about is that I allowed myself to be sucked in by their marketing. When they tell you there are free bonuses, etc it’s a con... membership to their club is free... for 14 days.... and the yoga burn monthly free bonus.... is $0 upfront then they put you on a monthly automatic fee setup. Zoe should be ashamed of herself - this is a really crappy way to “do business”.

My review regards customer service. Having mistakenly placed a duplicate order I attempted through their Facebook page, the email service and the web page to cancel this. The webpage was initially unresponsive. When the we page became responsive I cancelled before the duplicate order was showing as shipped only to receive a closed notification stating it was too late to cancel, the shipping notification came a good 5 hours after that. This seems like pretty sharp practice to me given the cost of shipping. The replies I have had via Facebook and email have consisted of automatic responses which have been repetitive and unhelpful.

in contrast to other people who says that they have bad customer service, they actually do respond to concerns. i just had to message them through different platforms so they. could notice me due to the difference in time zone. also, Zoe sent me a link on TBC Final Four for free and it was totally unexpected. at this point, i already bought TCC and BC including their Final Four.. i’m loving the program so far and the seeing other women in the community inspires me to be fit as well.

My sister and I ordered this product 2 days ago. As we went through their (long) video to get to the order form we learned about their Trim Core challenge and was very interested, especially since it was on sale for $37 plus shipping and processing and it included some free stuff too like extra DVDs and access to their monthly offerings. We also added their Finishing DVD add on for an additional $37 and free shipping. Our total should have been $74 plus taxes, shipping and processing but they never showed a final total before charging the card. Instead, when we got to the page that should have been the 'finalize my order' page they had somehow already done it and they charged my sister's card over $200. They added the Monthly Ultimate which cost over $150 for 6 months UP FRONT AND set her up for $47 monthly payments starting in 1 month so we would basically be double paying for that monthly subscription. Also, all receipts went to her inbox EXECPT the one with the unauthorized charge which seems too suspicious to be accidental. This is a click bait and I would NOT recommend you order their product and become another victim.

I just watched the video, loved everything that was offered because I am ready to live a healthier life and be in the best shape of my life. However after reading some of the bad reviews it has forced me to reconsider, the last thing anyone who is just trying to make a positive change needs is to be ripped off, blocked, and especially lied to.
I'll pass.

Orderd a cd and it did not arrive on time, then they proceeded to block me when I asked them about it

Do not trust them! They will over charge you, then block you when you confront them on social networks
We got a cd that was supposed to be here 1 month ago and when I msg them they blocked me on facebook!

I started with the plain "Yoga Burn" programme 1 year ago. Then I bought the Yoga Burn Monthly programme, then the Booty Challenge and recently the Total Body Challenge and can only say that Zoe is amongst the best yoga teachers I have experienced so far. Her explanations are very clear, she always provides possibilities to go to the next level of difficulty but with a lot of caution to avoid injuries or pain. She is encouraging and leads us through the different sessions doing herself all the exercises. Not only she is beautiful but she also appears as a real woman and not a top model whose curves would not be those of every woman and hence would appear as unreachable. I don't really do it to lose weight as I am thin but more to keep fit as I am 51 but I can promise my body IS definitely tighter and firmer and I feel wonderful.

I have purchased and completed the Yoga Burn Booty 12 week Challenge. It is absolutely awesome! The videos that come with it are very useful and Zoe explains everything so well. The set of exercises changes every week, so it isn’t boring. Most importantly it WORKS! I followed the program and only had to do week 8 twice due to being ill and unable to complete it the first time, so did it after I got better. Apart from that, I saw a big improvement and visible changes after as little as 4 weeks.

On top of it all Zoe is the sweetest person ever! She answers all the questions and doubts and supports the member all the way! There is an awesome social media group of people who are doing her programs and I found it very helpful and motivating!

Thank you Zoe for all your hard work you put into this. It’s been a fantastic experience and I took out from it much more than just a yummy booty. Love you!! Xxx
