Totally fraud

Totally fraud. It's been 2 months now they are not giving my refund. They think that they owns a multinational company that's why they don't have time. Making people fool. Stealing others hard earn money. Shameless. I called million times for my refund. They said that is not our department. What do you mean by department. Thief's. I am gonna take this issue to food safe. They just took my money.

Fraud

This is a FRAUD company. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THEM. I signed up for a week and the order was supposed to start on Dec 27. I did not get my order so I made inquiries. I found out that the business was closed until new year but their website does not say that. The website said that the order will start the next day. I emailed and spoke with a representative to cancel my order. I was told that it was cancelled. I received an order on Jan 2. I called back and they tried to pay games that “management was not available to make a decision”. When I pressed them, they said that they will cancel the order and refund my money. I did not get any more orders and almost a month later still waiting for refund. I have a dispute with my credit card company. The food I did receive one day was awful.

This is a PATHETIC BUSINESS

This is a pathetic business. I had problem after problem with them ... incorrect meals delivered, refusal to deliver meal to door, getting a call at 5pm to say they won't deliver the dinner meal even though they knew from early in the day that they would not do so for whatever was that day's excuse, roti machine continually broken, never fixing any error. I had it with them and tried to cancel the subscription. Had to give 3 days notice (get 3 more meals delivered whether I would eat them or throw them out as the meals can be highly questionable). I also had to pay a $25 cancellation fee. But guess what, still no refund. I don't know if they are expecting me to just get tired of dealing with them and forget they have hundreds of dollars owing to me. BEWARE. GO TO BED HUNGRY if needed but don't prepay for food from this business. When they go out of business, it will be deserved. Someone needs to sue them and put them out of business.

ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY

I am rating one star cause I cant rate a zero. ITS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They don't deliver the food and scam you. They take your money and dont deliver. This has been happening since 2 days. They just keep telling you that the food is coming and when you try the customer service , they dont even pick up. They are so so so rude and stingy. As a college student I dont have the money to waste on uber eats or something. They make life so hard cause even while texting you they dont do anything. And half the times when you are midway through explaining your issue , they dont even bother responding back. THE WORST TIFFIN SERVICE . PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY CAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING YOU.

PL STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIFFIN…

PL STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIFFIN SERVICE…Extremely disappointed and annoyed with overall experience and pathetic customer service. Recently I renewed my subscription after 5 months.
And I am shocked to notice, every day my tiffin is being delivered between 3-3.45 pm. No one from customer service is ready to respond to phone calls and kept me on hold for hours and hours. Rotten food is being delivered at 3.30 pm (twice happened in last 4 days). I asked to cancel my subscription and refund back my money several times and after that One of your Manger Mehak called me 3 days back and assured me to deliver tiffin on time and she was suppose to call me back for feedback yesterday. But till date neither tiffin is delivered on time nor she called me back Inspite of my 6 calls to one of your your agent Jasleen yesterday.
On top of that, Yesterday I asked Jasleen to put my tiffin service on hold for next 3 days and asked to forward my request again to ask Mehak as well you to call me back. And I was really surprised that today again driver came to deliver tiffin at 3.40 pm even though Jasleen confirmed me that she has put my tiffin delivery on hold.
I have tried to reach the owner Yogi Chawla several times but I understand he has instructed staff for not sharing his contact details with customers..Infact just now I am on hold on their customer service phone for more than 1 hour and till now no one is ready to respond to my phone..Really pathetic!! It’s enough now..May I request to pl cancel my subscription as discussed with Manager Mehak and arrange to refund back my money immediately WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTIONS ( and refund back for 2 days tiffin also as rotten sabji was delivered).
Waiting for immediate action.

Money Not Returned.

Initially, I stumbled upon their website and was delighted to find a tiffin service catering to my location. The chatbot on the website confirmed that they delivered to my postal code address, which encouraged me to make a payment for the service. I completed the transaction.

However, the next day I got a call from your backend team saying they did not deliver to my address. I was taken aback by this sudden change in information, especially after the website had given me a positive confirmation. The representative informed me that my payment would be refunded within 2-3 days.

Unfortunately, it has been over two weeks since I made the payment, and I am still waiting to receive the refund, as promised. I understand delays can occur. Regrettably, I had to follow up with their customer care department which is of no use.

This company needs to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers, and this incident has, unfortunately, undermined that trust.

Highly recommend not to take up their service.

Worst tiffin service experience

I have been a Yogi's customer since Jan 2020 and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Quick overview -
Please don't subscribe to Yogi, there are many other options available which are better than Yogi's. Yogi's food quality is below average, food will never get delivered on time, customer service is pathetic and on top of that sometimes your credits will get deducted when they are not supposed to be deducted (that's the biggest scam).
I am a super frustrated customer and if you will read other comments you will realise I am not the only one. Some of the people who have given a 5 star review are paid influencers and guides, so don't fall in that trap.

Detailed review

Food quality
Don't go by what you see in pictures, the food doesn't taste good and it has terrible side effects on your health. Couple of my friends stopped using Yogi's after their Cholesterol level went up, I thought this might not be because of the food but I practice a very healthy lifestyle, the only thing that is not healthy in my lifestyle is the food from Yogi's and I realised my cholesterol levels went up as well. Be aware of the food quality, it's better to cook at home and live longer than eating from Yogi's kitchen and dying early.

Delivery
I will say this is the worst part, they promise that the food will be delivered between 11am to 2 pm for lunch and 3-4 times in a week it will be delivered around 3pm. I have read comments that food was never delivered and they inform last moment that they won't be providing food today, all that is for real, I am telling you all this is happening. Once, I got a call at 2:40 saying that they won't be able to deliver as the road is closed, I was standing outside my house and traffic was moving smoothly; that's the level of excuse they can give. If you will call customer support to check when your food will be delivered, they will tell you that the deliver agent's tire got punctured or the car is broken, so there might be delays; but the funny thing is that you will see the driver moving on the tracking link that they would have shared, which clearly tells you that they are lying.
So, if you are okay with your food getting delivered at random times, then subscribe to the service and good luck with it. It will just add to your anxiety and you will starve.
PFA - they will leave the food at random spots, sometimes in the open too.

Customer support
If something can beat the delivery in being the worst thing about Yogi's kitchen it is their customer support. They will lie to you about the delivery times, once you get furious they will tell you that the manager will reach out to you in 24 hours. I am going to discontinue their service because I followed up every day with the customer support team to get a call back and never got a call back from them. Once they asked me what is a convenient time for me and they will arrange a call back but nothing happened. I guess the management is too busy with so many negative comments that they are not able to handle it now.

Note to the management - People are giving negative comments because they are not happy with customer support, either you fire Jyotsna or teach your customer support team to talk with respect.

Credit deductions
This is the funniest thing, so those who are not aware of how Yogi's credit system works. You will have to buy credits for their meals and every time food gets delivered 1 credit will be deducted from your account. Mostly people don't notice it but at times, your food would have not been delivered but there will be a credit deduction, also you will find that the customer support team will say that we will not deduct a credit because the food was delivered very late but still the credits will be deducted.

Closing statement - I always thought Yogi's kitchen was a saviour and might do good in the long run but as they are growing they have stopped caring about their customer experiences, this will soon lead to their downfall.

Most unprofessional food service

Most unprofessional food service. I have never seen a food delivery service forget to take your meal for delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Yogi's Kitchen. I take the meal service from them but sometimes they didn't deliver the food (specially on Saturday when I select the Biriyani). It also happens today. Although I got the email for "out for delivery" and waited for my today's meal for 2 hours. Then I received the email that they are unable to deliver my meal today. When I connect them, they show some seemingly fake excuse. In fact, they are also afraid to show this fake excuse on email and email they ask me to call them as if it's not their responsibility.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with Yogi's kitchen's level of customer service. I expected better from a business that claims to provide quality food and reliable delivery.

I would not recommend Yogi's kitchen to anyone looking for a dependable food delivery service. Save yourself the hassle and find another meal service that values its customer and takes responsibility for its mistake.

Very good customer service

Yogis kitchen has been a breath of fresh air w.r.t food in my life.
It’s made my life convenient and hassle free. Food quality is decent and is value for money. The customer service is accessible on call all the time, which for me is the highlight of their services. Sunaina from customer services did an excellent job on bringing me on board, walking me through the process and guiding me to pay. Thank you Sunaina for making the entire experience seamless. Great job!

Service is pathetic

Food is good, but service is pathetic. I started Yogi's kitchen food service from 2 weeks back... and they make some mistakes everytime. And when i complain, the customer service representative says that sometimes this kind of problems happen. It is understandable if that is sometimes, but i had problem with meals 3 times out of 5 meals i ordered. Sometimes i get Naan and rice instead Rotis, and sometimes I get just rice instead of Roti. I told them i don't want rice, still they send it according to their own choice. Delivery time is also uncertain. Sometimes the food is delivered at 3.30 pm and sometimes you don't get food until 9.30 pm.
This is a SCAM! Never buy their subscription. I paid for the subscription and now they can deliver whatever they want. And they are denying for refund. I used 5 meals out of 24 meals, and was continuously having issues with the delivery. So i called then to cancel the subscription and provide the refund for 19 meals which are not delivered. But now they are saying that ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY, I NEED TO ORDER 3 MORE MEALS FROM THE DAY I ASK FOR CANCELATION AND THERE IS 25$ CANCELATION FEES. So basically this is a trap, once you buy the subscription then they don't care about customer service.

This is the worst tiffin service i have ever come across as i literally got food poisoning from their food and their customer service is more worse ! When i complained about the same and asked for refund of my money they kept lingering on that we will refund you back but they never did . I had 12 meal credits in my account which counts for half of the money i paid . I ll make sure nobody else has to suffer for this .

Excellent Customer Service

I had to abruptly discontinue my standards meal subscription and I contacted the customer service. Niharika was extremely helpful in processing my request in quick time and making the overall process totally seamless. Fantastic experience!!
